I went there to get my coffee and the staff im guessing they are j1 students dumped a cup of iced coffee out the drive through window almost hitting my car if i didnt stop.very unprofessional

Ordered online, instantly done and they accommodated extra. So friendly! Fresh donuts too, they didn’t skimp on the frosting like some do. 😊yum! Would like to see some lemon slices for the ice tea, but that’s okay.

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. The hygiene standards need serious improvement—staff should not be handling food after touching trash or other unsanitary items. This is a basic expectation in any food service environment.
Additionally, the customer service was poor. If you’re in the service industry, professionalism and efficiency should be a top priority. Unfortunately, that was not reflected during my visit.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides proper training to staff on hygiene practices and customer service.

If you want your coffee to be made correctly don't go to this location. I ordered Carmel craze iced latte and received none of the ingredients. How do you make a latte with no espresso. What happened to blast. Stop worrying about the timer and just make drinks correctly.

Service was crap!! The service people scrambled all over each other trying to keep up with orders. They definitely need a different system! Also, their self ordering boards did not have all the items that the counter has, which made no sense to me. Oh, and, their coffee was actually disgusting!! If you can wait for that cup of coffee or donut, you absolutely should!!
