Worst Dunkin I have ever been to. Coffee is gross. I would recommend tasting your drink before leaving because they never give you what you order. They charge you more for almond milk but will probably still give you whole milk (which I can’t drink as a vegan). Also I’ve been coming here for about two months and literally every single person there is rude. 0/10

Longest time i have ever spent on line for coffee...more than enough people just slow...need one line for ice cream and one line for coffee folks..young Manager in black shirt was rude to her employees..not nice...and uncomfortable to see and hear...shame on you manager! If it's busy jump in faster and help your team out...

made an online order thisafternoon they had forgotten an item in our bag so we had to go back through the line and then when we get home their is cheese on my friends sandwich when we had requested no cheese. this was a big deal because she has turophobia. we drove all the way back and let them know what happened the manager was rude about it and seemed like she did not care. the sandwich was remade we thanked them and there was no “your welcome” or anything. rude atmosphere and not a very efficient work place. long line but only one person manning the register while all the other employees just stood looking at eachother.UPDATE.we got home and there was EXTRA cheese on the sandwich. never again.

Always go here and never have a problem but today went for a refresher and three times had to have them remake it because it was wrong asked for a manger and told her what I wanted she didn't get it right and gave me an attitude waited for a straw because the three times I didn't get one finally ask for a refund go to Dunkin alot more then I should but love Dunkin never had a problem untill today

Need to reevaluate your upcharges for alternative milk options. In town visiting and was charged a $3 upcharge for almond milk in a small latte. Made a standard latte $7.50. Standard upcharge I believe is $0.50.

Love my Midnight Coffee, its a stronger coffee and bold taste. I like to get going in the morning. And that is not all I Add an Espresso and cream and sugar yum yum.

I ordered DoorDash for my girlfriend from 900 miles away because she was having a bad day. They completely screwed up the order. I ordered a pumpkin chai latte and she got some green peppermint thing. And the bacon was burned. How hard is it?
