The fish was cold and had to go back. The egg rolls were only warm. The duck, chicken and filet were excellent.

We liked Eden but they are very stringent regarding no changes to the menu. I wanted a salad with protein but no dice. My husband doesn't like sweet potatoes but there's no substitutions to the plate even though there were many other veggies and potatoes to substitute. They had a wine on the special menu but they ran out We liked the wine we eventually drank but it would've been nice to have another bottle of what we first ordered.

Great evening at Eden. Excellent choices for entrees, apps, sides, desserts and drinks. Not inexpensive. Service was impeccable. Highly recommend for special occasions.

So pleased to yet again Celebrate New Years at Eden before they relocate just outside of town. We have dined at Eden for many years. An institution of Rehoboth's fine dining restaurants. John and Kevin are always on top of everything and friendly and welcoming as Geoff was for our table of 10 on NYE. We look forward to dining at the newly located restaurant and hope that the ambiance, quality of food and the Eden family will keep us returning to the new location for years to come.

JB prepared an outstanding menu for the final meal at Eden's current location. It was appropriate for the venue and the timing. Eden is always a great place to dine. A real local gemm

The lobster thermidor was the best I've ever had. The duck was delicious as well. All four of us loved our food. Our server Dustin was warm, attentive and fun. Can't wait to return.

The only complaint was our waiter had on too much cologne it was overpowering. Other than that he was an excellent waiter.

I rates lower because my duck breast was poorly cooked. The skin was rubbery and fatty . I was sawing through it. I was remiss to not send it My bad. My partner had the filet mignonette which was about 1/2” thick. Service was good. Grilled Caesar salad was good.

We had a wonderful evening, the charcuterie and cheese board was delicious and allowed us to take our time and entree's were both outstanding. I only hope that the new location is as nice. This is probably our favorite restaurant in the area both Lewes and Rehobeth. Thanks for great experience.

It was terrible to see how far the quality of the food at Eden has dropped in the year since we'd last eaten there, never mind the dozens of times before that. Maybe they're just looking ahead to moving out of town and ignoring what's happening now. The charcuterie board was okay with tiny pieces of cheese and slices of summer sausage and chorizo; the pile of grainy mustard was bigger than any of the cheeses. The salads were big, but the heavy dose of dressing on the wedge had a strange taste to it. And the “French Dip Egg Rolls” were so overcooked as to be inedible. On the plus side, our server was quite responsive and took the egg rolls off our bill. After so many years at or near the top of the competitive restaurant scene in Rehoboth, it was truly a shame to have this be our last meal in their long-time home. Maybe Coastal Highway will re-invigorate them.

The forbidden fruit martini from the cocktail menu was awful and the duck was very fatty. I've never had duck like that before. I think it was poor quality of meat and preparation. It felt like the cook just didn't give a dam. I had higher expectations.

Portions are very large. Cheese board is a great choice an appetizer. Grilled Caesar salad is excellent. Very limited entree choices without much creativity. Same preparation used on multiple fish dishes

We celebrated my husband's birthday- the Halibut was delicious and prepared in a broth with vermicelli and vegetables. My son's steak was prepared perfectly and he kept on talking about how delicious the potatoes were. Eden also has the best grilled romaine Cesar salad around! Dessert was a chocolate mousse-with whipped cream - delicious, light, and not too sweet. I especially appreciated a low noise level so you can have a conversation with your dinner guests.

We really liked the restaurant. Our server was great, and we loved the atmosphere.
We started the meal with two apps: muscles and Oysters Rockefeller. The muscles were fresh and flavorful. They were cooked with a lot of smokey pork belly and gouda. The broth was so delicious. I had to dip!
While not traditional, the five Oysters Rockefeller were also good. Again with a lot of gouda. I missed the Pernod.
For entrees, my husband ordered the antelope and really enjoyed it! A rare treat to find on a menu. It was cooked perfectly. He loved the waiter's suggested slightly peppery Zinfandel with it.
After reading great reviews, I ordered the halibut. The portion was plentiful and the presentation was quite nice (image). I really loved the lemon risotto and the garlicky green beans were also very good. The halibut had a delicious crusty skin, but unfortunately it was enough overcooked to make it dry and lose flavor.
We both enjoyed sharing a key lime pie for dessert.
We'd definitely return and I'd try the fish again, hoping it was cooked just right.

Related to the Yelp Ratings #1 - I do not want the noise level to be "energetic" - that would be lower than zero. That is for a restaurant that I will never, ever frequent again. Eden is always wonderful. Great food, subdued lighting, and, for the most part, not too loud. Eden really has some of the greatest food in Rehoboth in a great atmosphere Dining there is always a very special experience. The seafood is always sublime and the creativity in the menu is amazing. We greatly appreciate the entire team, from the chef, the kitchen team, the servers, and the owners themselves. This restaurant is one of the greatest fine dining experiences available in Rehoboth and we highly recommend.
