Took 20 minutes to get food, they like to whisper and laugh, finally got my food and had to throw out the fries, they had soo much salt on them,I couldn't enjoy them, had to throw them out, I tried wiping each fry with a napkin, but it had too much salt, and I like salt. Never again!

So Kim wanted a burger. We came here because it is quick. I usually love this place. But today the burger was so little and the fry was so small. The prices go up but food is smaller. we ordered a small fry to share because they used to give you a bigger portion. I only got a single burger because it's more than plentiful. But today I am disappointed. lol. I don't eat here often but just shows me everything changes. I

EXCELLENT FOOD AND SERVICE!!! I had to rush here on my lunch break from The Breakers Hotel and you guys made it so I enjoyed my lunch and didn't have to rush. My bacon burger with BBQ & Cajun fries was delicious. Entire crew did amazing, thanks!

We went to eat there on our last visit. The place was really dirty and service was slow. After a long wait we had a decent burger, but not better than BK.

We waited 25 minutes for our order of a single burger and fries while others who ordered later got theirs. The fries were soft not crunchy and not up to five guys standards at all. We asked for more. The more they provided were the same. The burger was the worst burger I have had at a five guys. We have never been disappointed by a five guys before. We have now.

They have delicious hot dogs here. They often run out of hot dog buns and have to use hamburger buns. They have cold drinks available and plenty of seating inside that is air conditioned.

Unhappy with my Five Guys experience. Unpleasant and condescending staff. Waited 30 minutes for my mobile order AND I ASKED THE WORKERS TWICE ABOUT MY MEAL! The attitude of the workers were negative and energy-sucking. Food was good though, NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THAT! But it is a Five Guys, good food is the bare minimum! - Marvin K

We always liked the Rehoboth Beach location until 7/4/23. After we ordered, we looked for a place to sit. I have never seen a more filthy, disgusting restaurant. Food & trash all over the floor, & a very greasy floor also. I had to ask for someone to clean tables off & clean up. Trash cans were overflowing. Waited close to 25-30 minutes for food. Just as I was going to ask for a refund, our food arrived. Very disappointed in the quality of the food & especially the overall appearance of the restaurant. The women's bathroom was also a nightmare. We will not be eating there again.
