Best sandwiches at the beach, hands down. Can't go wrong on the menu. Look forward to them opening every year! (Can't forget the butter cakes, wedding cookies, or any other Italian needs you can think of)

I looked this place up on Google maps and directions. Their listing said the store is open. I wasted my time driving here only to find that the store is closed for the season and doesn't open until the middle of March.
I'm new to the area. Someone should be updating their listing. I was a business owner and always kept my hours and listings updated.
UPDATE, After their quick response here I believe that they honestly did not know that the hours were wrong on the maps listing. They get a 5 for their quick response.

Louie and his wife Robin are great, hospitable ambassador to their food delights at Frankie and Louie's. I moved from NY where we have great salumerias. I discover a new one at Frankie and Louie's on Baltimore Avenue in Rehoboth, DE. Kudos to them - thanks for satisfying our taste buds. Best regards, John and Jude

What a great place run by friendly and helpful people. This was my first time visiting. This is a cute little walk up joint that serves deli items baked goods, prepared foods and sandwiches, and Italian specialties. I was eyeing up the baked goods and didn't know what to order. I asked if there was a cookie tray option and the owner jumped right in and offered to make me one. Picture of the gorgeous creation is attached. What a sweet lady! Everything is beautiful and tasty. I will be returning to Frank and Louie's for more in the near future! We always love Italian food places.

I am an Italian from Brooklyn. This place is THE BEST. Soooooooooo good. The only time you'll be disappointed is when they are closed.

A Reho staple every time we’re in town! Prepared foods, sandwiches, baked goods, all have been so good! I was so nervous the first time I called due to some of the comments. But Robin couldn’t have been sweeter and explained everything to us. We have also had Louie help us at the window and he was friendly as well. I think some people don’t realize that no line doesn’t mean there aren’t a whole bunch of orders already placed before you. We always call ahead. This time we tried the chicken parm, meatballs, and cheese lasagna. All were good quality Italian food. The tomato basil sauce is worth getting extra! We’ve sometimes had to call multiple times to get through and it’s been worth it. Highly recommend.

Best cheeseburger subs. Best french fries in Rehoboth. Great service. So glad we found this place. Everything is great on that menu.

Seriously so good. My wife got the #3 and I got the #7. Price was more than fair. To make the same at home would cost roughly the same. Meat was sliced nice and thin and stacked high and the roll I mean. If you are craving a hoagie definitely check them out.

If you appreciate the soup from the Soup Nazi, you'll love the sandwiches from Frank & Louie's. You just have to ask yourself, "Is it worth the abuse?"

A few years ago, I was travelling Amtrak first class and chose the buttercake option for dessert with my meal. After the first bite, I was like, "What IS this? This is AMAZING." A Google search told me about Frank & Louie's Vanilla Buttercakes. I now travel Amtrak several times a year, and I admit that the buttercake is one of my favorite perks of travelling Amtrak first class. When I travel to Texas to see my sister, she gives me a hug, and then asks if I brought her any buttercake. When I return home, my daughter asks if I brought her any buttercake. (Side note - I have discovered that they pack perfectly in the plastic containers that Amtrak serves their side salads in)!
