Burgers are yummy! Love the Beagle sauce. Milkshake are the best! Friendly staff too.

Hammy's is truly awesome . They make the burgers exactly like we like them medium rare .Fries are great along with the onion rings. You have to try the milk shake at least once . Truly outstanding!

This was our first visit to Hammy's Burgers and Shakes. It was excellent. We received a friendly greeting when we walked in, and were immediately seated. 6 of us went and everyone loved all of their food (burgers, chicken tenders, hot dog, fries, onion rings, sweet potatoes, beer). Rich was our server and was fantastic, attentive, knowledgeable, friendly. We will definitely be back, and highly recommend Hammy's Burgers and Shakes.

I work in a job where customer service is one of our top priorities. Each customer walks in greeted with a hello and a smile. It's not hard to be a decent human being. With that being said this is the 3rd time I have walked into this establishment. Just like this evening, every time I walk in here I am NOT greeted with a hello I'm not even acknowledged period. I walk in with a smile I say hello how are you nothing. I explain I just placed an order and the lady upfront with the shorter hair (seems to be a manager), with a cold shoulder response says, ok well it's not ready yet we just go it soooo. Okay that's fine I ask about how long will it take. I leave come back and again no greeting except this time she walks to the back and has the lovely cashier bring out my order.

Work with the public the least you can do is say hello. Not provide such an unspoken attitude because someone walks through your doors. Cashier on the other hand I've seen her before and she treated me kindly both times. First time even opened up my soda for me.

If you're going to have the benefit of being a manager l, if that's what she is, you need to have some customer service retraining because the vibe you provide is not it.

Hotdog this time around was okay, the tots however were seasoned nicely. I hope there's some course of action to take here.

Drooling over this place! WOW it’s rare that a place has amazing hand cut fries, the best shakes you’ve had, great wings AND can cook a burger to request!! I ordered the bacon cheesy medium rare and it was to perfection!! Also, an absolutely adorable atmosphere. Our server was super sweet!!

My family and I had lunch just now! First time here and most definitely will be coming back when we are in town! Very friendly environment. Rich is very welcoming, professional and attentive to refills even before we needed it them. Totally recommend this location. For lunch or for just the amazing shakes.
