IHOP offers friendly customer service, especially for families with kids. The dining room can be quiet in the evenings, but busy weekend mornings can make parking a challenge. Servers are attentive and willing to customize kid's meals for picky eaters. The staff, including a young server with beautiful blue eyes, are courteous and helpful, making the experience enjoyable. A recent visit during Christmas weekend was busy but guests were seated quickly, and the server was incredible, delivering hot and fresh food as ordered. The food, including the ham and cheese omelette on special, was great, and the overall service was very sweet. The restaurant maintains a welcoming atmosphere, with staff engaging with customers and even helping them with the IHOP rewards app while waiting for their meals.
