I had an absolutely spectacular dinner at Indigo in Rehoboth — this may be the best Indian food I’ve ever tasted! The lamb curry was next-level, with deep, rich flavors and tender meat — and yes, I requested it extra spicy, which they delivered perfectly. (If you like it hot, do make sure to ask for the extra kick.)

This restaurant is always a godsend when staying in Rehoboth.. especially if you can't get reservations at the hotspots which are typically overrated anyway.

The cost is reasonable for the area and it's always consistent and dependable. Love the vindaloo (the quality of beef was very high) and the chicken tikka marsala or butter chicken in particular. Who knew that some of the best Indian food to be found is at the beach? We were hopeful, but we were blown away by how good this place is. Walking in, we could smell the flavor. We asked for spicy+ and got exactly that! Friendly staff, definitely recommend.
