Rude uncaring staff, sub missing ingredients.

Walk in and go to register, stand there for ages- not a word is said to me. Finally inquire about pickup, lady rolls her eyes at me. I leave with “have a good one!” to no response.

The best subs ever.... I could tell the staff was a little bit anxious with us. It was only four of us. The only thing is I forgot my mayonnaise on my sub.

Just picked up a catering order on our way to Bethany and they forget the Juice!!!! Other than that, JMs is always good!

Always love Jersey Mike's. The food and service were good, as usual.

My only issue with this location is the constant air conditioning noise. I have hearing issues, and the background noise is always so high, I have a really hard time understanding the servers.

What a fabulous last minute decision to make Jersey Mike’s the main course on my 65th Birthday sunset dinner cruise. A self contained, absolutely perfect main course for my guests.

I used to love this location, but lately the customer experience is as miserable as the worker's face. The eye rolls and remarks that make it a clear inconvenience for the staff to prepare a sandwich have been more off-putting than I've ever experienced at any Jersey Mike's location. the food is great, so my family patronizes this location frequently. If this atmosphere continues, you can plan to shut down soon. nobody is going to tolerate this when Rehoboth has so many alternatives to get a sandwich.

Broken glass screen likely getting into food. Me and 5 other people waited over 10 minutes and were never greated or appologized to for the wait on a catering order. Eventually a guu took two of our orders... and then proceedes to lay the bread out for is but only make the mobile orders.... got up and left. Service has been consistently rude for 2 years at this location. I'll still go to other Jersey Mike, they're great - but this place is the worst.

Always a great sub to be had here. My grandparents lived near the original location in Point Pleasant and I used to eat there a lot when I was younger. Still making great subs.

My fave sub shop. Very friendly and good food quality. I like the sub in a bowl. Italiano is my fave.

Went there for lunch with my mother. The tuna was really good and they have a bunch of nicest guys you want to meet working there

The sandwiches are always great but please don’t drown the sandwiches in oil.. all three of our sandwiches turned out pretty soggy. Other than that I love the sandwiches

I have not been there in 9 years. And after reading most of the reviews, it's still the same nonsense. Obviously if the owner has to keep apologizing review after review, and nothing ever changes, it tells you 2 things. The problem is systematic, and no matter how much management apogizes and the story stays the same, They don't care. They can say they do, but actions speak louder than words. If nothing has changed in 9 years. Maybe it's better off closing
