I am not one to poorly review but after a bad experience several years ago I went back here tonight with my kids. We ordered some subs and they were okay. During this I ordered a gluten free turkey sub for my wife to take home with us. She is gluten free so I paid the $3.50 up charge for the gluten free roll—which is understandable. However, it was as skimpy as skimpy gets, with essentially one layer of meat on the sub, and turkey at that. For a $21 sub this is unacceptable. While the bread was dry, that is somewhat to be expected with gluten free options. But my caution to people would be to be sure you are not getting jipped on meat. To pay a higher price (a $8 Wawa sub would be the same size with five times the meat) for a sub and basically get bread, lettuce, and tomatoes with a dressing of meat is frustrating. If everything else met expectations I’d be more understanding, perhaps, but I have a problem with paying for food and not getting what the description understandably would be. It is difficult enough to be gluten free, but to be completely ripped off is unacceptable. Our other two subs were okay, but “okay” at best. This will have to be the last time we go here. The location is probably better going back to ice cream.

I ordered the 13 regular Italian watched the guy make it but when home bottom roll was soggy they don’t clean off area where they build the lettuce tomato etc

Great place to get a good, fresh sandwich. Don't understand the negative reviews. Have never had a bad sandwich. It's a sub shop with a good sandwich made to order with good employees.

I ordered an Italian sub. It was small and unremarkable with not much in it. It was way too expensive for what I received. There are a number of far better sub shops in the Rehoboth/Lewes area. Don't go to Mike's in the future.

Soggy, raw and just a waste of $15.00. Didn't even eat it. If I was the type to take it back I would have. It got thrown away. and they had the phone off the hook. That should've been my warning bc there wasn't anyone in there. Not like they were overwhelmed with orders.
