I can't express enough happiness that this place is in Millsboro. I grew up in a European family, with European cooking and the food here is very authentic. I will admit, it's on the pricey side (cold brew is $8), but I will continue to come back. The food is great, coffee is the best in the area, and staff is very friendly. I'm happy to see the restaurant transitioning to more of a sit-down setup instead of the counter service they offer in Lewes. I heard they're working on their liquor license and outdoor seating, which would be awesome as well. Highly recommend!

My first time going, I didn't know what to expect but listen!!! The food is great, the atmosphere was calming, and the service was awesome. The café was smooth and delicious. Perfect spot for a brunch. Definitely going back.

This place is delicious! The atmosphere is very relaxing and delicate. The service was phenomenal and waiter did a great job of answering questions and explaining the menu. The food was delicious- we had the Knockworst Grosl, Austrian Pancakes, and Avacado Toast. Everything was seasoned really well, served hot, and the pancakes were fluffy. The sausage selection is great and high quality. The coffee is high quality and lots of options. Highly recommended!

WOW! Kaisy's Delight in Millsboro is an unexpected, unique gem! Think classy Austrian/French bistro with friendly service. All located in an historic, little bank building complete with a walk-in vault! The menu is European with savory sausages, soups, and confections and much more... perfect for a different breakfast or lunch. We had the kielbasa and fried potatoes and advocado toast... excellent! And Starbucks... your coffees, lattes and teas just dropped to #2 in Millsboro. Well worth a visit!

This place is a hidden gem! First time visitors. Excellent European comfort food and confections. Classy set-up with great service. Casual atmosphere. Best lattes, coffees, cappuccinos and teas in the area. Very reasonable prices for what you get. We will be back!

My husband and I had been out to get an oil change today when he decided to go this place (Kasey’s Delight in Millsboro) he heard had pierogies. Imagine my surprise when I stepped into a historical bank (1902) with all the ambience of a turn of the century tea room. I was greeted with tables draped in white clothes adorned with pink tea services and pink napkins. Lovely. I ordered the Quiche Lorraine and it was just the right size and the best I’ve ever eaten served with fresh cut fruit and a pot of Earl Grey Tea. My husband had one of their specials including kielbasa, fried potatoes with carmelized onions & bacon with a sunny side egg on top. It was good and we will be back soon to get the pierogies.

Stopped in for breakfast on a trip to NJ. Kaisy's was a unique dining experience, one not to miss! The menu offers a variety of delicious options including vegetarian and specialty items! My husband had the amazing "Kaisey", explained by our waiter as a mix of pancake, french toast, and funnel cake rolled into one! I had the Avocado Toast, served on a croissant topped with ratatouille and egg! The ratatouille taking an ordinary avocado toast to the next level! The staff was friendly and helpful! We'll definitely make Kaisy's a breakfast/lunch stop on future trips!Parking: Free parking lot located across the street!

I had lunch here today with an old friend who lives in the area. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I went back and grabbed a coffee and pastry for the long ride home. Best cappuccino I've had in ages. Good food, great staff, nice building. I'll definitely be back next time I'm down there.
