Lydia's is the absolute best! I am always searching for healthy places to eat when I'm in beach towns, and I tend to have a difficult time finding fresh made, healthy options. Not only does the restaurant itself have the cutest, most calming atmosphere, but Lydia herself is absolutely wonderful; you can tell she is passionate and an extremely talented chef. I had one of the most delicious wrap sandwiches I have ever had, and her sides, dips and desserts were a wonderful addition to our meal. This will be at the top of my list for my next trip to Rehoboth!

Lydia’s is a gem! Accommodated our son’s dairy allergy and had something delicious (and healthy) for everyone. Fresh Caesar wrap, delicious veggies (watermelon radish hello!) and ranch on the side. Husband loved the shrimp salad. Great place for families (they have a courtyard you can sit outside right around the corner). Owner is lovely and even gave us some samples on the house. Will be back again

Killer Bistro in the heart of downtown Rehoboth Beach!
My wife and I have been vacationing in Rehoboth for many years and part of what we like is choosing where to dine each year. Lydia's is a top find. Maybe the all time find! The menu is flavor filled and really thoughtfully put together. I thought the taste and texture combinations were outstanding. The Blackened Shrimp Caesar wrap was particularly good. So was the Black bean Hummus. Yummm!
Lydia puts a lot of effort into the food and how she puts it together and it really shows. She's friendly and warm and we enjoyed chatting with her. I would highly recommend giving her place a try. You'll be supporting someone with a ton of talent and genuine love for what she does.

We stopped here for lunch…. One word… AMAZING. Not only was the owner there, making out wraps, but she was genuinely interested about us and our trip to Rehoboth. She puts so much love into her store and you can feel it the second you walk through the doors. The chicken Caesar wrap was hands-down the best wrap I’ve had in my 42 years on this earth. Lydia, your place is a gem. I can’t wait to come back next time we’re in town!

After reading her story online, we visited Lydia's yesterday morning as she opened the door at 10am.
It is exactly the kind of place we have been looking for in Rehoboth Beach ⛱️. A small business and independent owner serving quality meals.
We ordered a tuna melt and a cranberry, almond chicken salad sandwich. Both of them perfectly made and packed with flavor.
The whole experience did not disappoint and we will definitely be back.
