Lydia is a master of soups. I had one called Buffalo Chicken soup which had a hint of that familiar flavor and just the right level of spice. An excellent light lunch, highly recommend.

Lydia’s catered a party for me Sea Witch weekend in Rehoboth and it was perfection! They did a brunch bagel bar, wraps, salad and dips plus everything for a full Bloody Mary bar, shrimp, bacon, hand stuffed olives and more. The service and presentation was also on point. My husband and I shared a very generous shrimp salad wrap! I expected tiny shrimp but they were medium ones! Freshly made to order wrap! We both got a cup of the tomato bisque soup as well! Very delicious soup as well as friendly service!

We stopped by last weekend, and the store manager, Katie, was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. She pointed out the gluten-free options and even let us sample some of the delicious gluten-free BLT pasta salad she had just prepared. (We ended up buying some to take with us.) It was light, tasty, and very refreshing on a hot day! We highly recommend checking out Lydia's Grab & Go Bistro!
