When I place a Mobile order specifying exactly what I DON'T want on a burger...I expect the employees to be able to read! Ordered an Angel Reese special without onions & cheese. Pickup order it has onions & cheese. Let manager know...she has it remade. Get home & well I had a burger with bbq sauce only. No pickles, no bacon! WTF?!? This seems to be the norm for this location to screw up orders & cold fries!

The service is the only reason i have to rate this restaurant. It is quite possibly the worst group of people when it comes to attitude that I’ve ever encountered. Nobody is forcing you to work at McDonald’s. I am a door dasher and i recieve attitude and smart behavior such as leaving my bags on the other counter because it’s too difficult to have respect and hand it to me. I don’t care what door dashers you deal with on the regular basis. I’m not the one. I’m always courteous and patient and yet that is never reciprocated to me. I think moving forward I will show the same energy that I am given on the off chance i need to continue taking orders from this filth ridden piss poor excuse of a restaurant.

Don’t waste your money. The workers don’t cook the food correctly and management couldn’t care less. When they aren’t forgetting items you paid for they are ruining the ones you do get. Eight dollars for a Steak Egg and Cheese Bagel and the bagel is burnt BLACK. Is that supposed to be funny? You guys get poor ratings consistently, why don’t you at least try to fix some of the issues? You won’t get another dime from me.

You can never get in touch with someone. They will mess up your order, disregard serious allergies, and not offer a refund. I’m so mad about my filet o fish right now. Look at the picture. Where is the sauce??

A few weeks ago, I bought 4 hamburgers. Once we started unwrapping them, there was no ketchup or mustard. Called to restaurant spoke to manger. She said I have your info in my book. Just let me know when you come back. 2 weeks later went back to restaurant and know ones knew what we were talking about. Left with No burgers.

I avoided McDonald’s for 2 weeks after their onion E. coli scare but today I decide to go back. My “large” coffee is more like a medium. Must be that shrinkflation! Ugh.

It’s not a drive through when you sit in a parking lot spot for 20 minutes waiting for your food. Wouldn’t have come if I knew it was a 20 minute wait! Misleading and horrible strategy.
