Door dash order came completely wrong. Tried to call because couldn’t eat what they chose to put in the bowl I ordered but no answer. What a waste of money!

I placed a $270 catering order over a week in advance for a family reunion. Got a confirmation. My card was charged. The food never showed up.

I called the restaurant more than 10 times with no answer. I called corporate catering and was told they don’t even handle catering orders anymore. So why was I able to place one and get charged?

No call. No email. No refund. Just silence.

Travis Odom, the listed owner, this is unacceptable. You left a family gathering with no food and no explanation. I’m appalled at the lack of professionalism and accountability.

Avoid this place if you care about reliability or basic customer service.

Ehhhhh it’s gone down hill. No more “Welcome to Moes” when you enter? They were out of guac and white rice. Person making our food was sloppy and missed part of our order. The tables were dirty and just gross. Drink station and salsa bar were a mess. Bathroom stunk like it wasn’t cleaned in weeks. Not recommended.

Great food, AMAZING staff, broken air conditioning for what feels like months. I still come in to take food out but it’s crazy hot in there. Those poor workers there deserve better.

Just tried to go to. Door says they close at 8pm. It was 7:43 and the door was locked and they were mopping floors.

Was near the end of close but the gentleman was kind, quick and very welcoming. Recommend this Moes!!

Great food and staff, but the owner has refused to fix the air condition for weeks — in the middle of the summer. Staff and sanitation are being put at risk because of a cheap businessman.

Went there this past Wednesday 10 mins before close and the guy behind the counter made me the biggest most fire burrito I've ever had in my life. That thing lasted me 2 days. I don't know what his name was but his name tag should say tortilla king. I'll def be coming back. Also shoutout to the guy who got salsa for me even though they'd been put away 🫡

The family wanted Moe's after shopping the outlets. I decided to try a salad vs a bowl this visit. It was yummy. Everyone at our table had the bowls. Until our next trip down to Rehoboth, we'll be craving Moe's. It's always one of our destinations when we travel down to shop.

We walked in and there was an associate asleep and no one else up front. We waited about 3-5 minutes and no one came out from the back. Disappointed because my husband and I have eaten there before and the food was good.

Google and their sign said they closed at 9, but they locked their doors and appeared to be closing down before then. The service has been poor the last 2 or 3 times I have went during the evening as well. I would recommend visiting during the day because I have had much better experiences with the service. Overall the food has been okay the last few times I have visited, so I will give them 2 stars for that.

The resturant is VERY dirty. The floors are sticky and they have greasy boxes next to the fryers. I'm sure that creates a fire hazard. The grills, walls, restroom ect are all nasty. It's very evident that the resrurant is poorly managed.
