First time to go to Moe’s, food was below average, like super salty/peppery or something weird about the flavor. I love my salt and pepper or any kind of seasoning as long as its done right, Moe’s not even close to decent. Service is average, guy is not too friendly, price is very expensive for what kind of food served. Never going there again

Wasted $15 on their MO meat MO cheese entree. It barely covered the bottom of the bowl. The entire entree could have fit in a teacup. I will NOT be back.

We love coming here; our favorite dish is always the veggie bowl. Made to our specifications; Everything is so fresh delicious. The manager’s Kody is very helpful and Noah his staff is always friendly and greets us as we enter the establishment. Food was what you’d expect. The restaurant was incredibly dirty. There was no soap or toilet paper in the rolls in the bathroom (who can was disgusting). Sticky messes were all around the drink area and they were out of half of the drinks offered. They seemed understaffed or something…
Hurry up and fill the platter with rice and then skip on everything else, but do remember to sell you extra Queso. When you are taking an order, pay attention to the customer, don't yap with your work buddies, and fall into lala land. You have the nerves to direct me to ipad for a tip. I should have deducted money if that was an option. Ripped-off.

CSR is not just about serving the products to the customer, it's also about greeting and making the customer feel welcomed into the business establishment. Food prep person had an attitude because I asked for sharreded lettuce and the cashier, no greeting, no thank you even after I said it twice to her. The vibe in that store was so NEGATIVE!
