Outback Steakhouse

Steak was over cooked. The Bartender was great and just ordered up a new steak. The the manager came over and tried to argue the the steak was “pretty close” and said I was unfair saying that this not medium rare. He was rude, poorly dressed and completely unprofessional. We eat in Outbacks a lot, but will go back to this one.

We went Saturday night to celebrate two birthdays. We had reservations for 6 people . After finally being seated, our waitress didn't appear to know what she was doing. When she finally came to us, we were ready to order, but she told us she could only take our drinks order and not our food order because she had to go in order by table.... That's a new one to me. So, we waited and waited. After finally getting our orders in, two in our party ordered salads. They came with no silverware. I asked multiple times and was finally told they ran out of silverware and were working on it. The food tasted ok. However, the two people who did eat salads, had gastrointestinal issues that night. This restaurant needs better trained staff and possibly the health department to look into them. People should not become ill after eating, especially given the amount of money that was spent to dine there.

I just got home after a great experience at this Rehoboth Outback. I received fantastic service from Katy, she was so friendly and attentive and the food was also great! I have been to this location several times and have no complaints so far!

Very, very unusual visit. Friday evening, 7:03 finally seated and not busy. Noticed staffing short, - anyway wrong food came out 1st time, 2nd time wrong size portion on meat, and toppings on sides wrong went back 3rd time out same plates told would adjust price for portions, put toppings in plastic cups and gave back to us. OK, 1st bite and as you mite spect by now food not as Hot as I like but I eat anyway. Same, exact with wife's meal as well. To managers credit he did remove cost of 1 meal after a 2nd reminder of the horrible experience we had this visit and we understood his understaffing issues and busy weekend.

I enjoyed my visit to their Outback Steak House. My food was very good. The service was very slow, but like all restaurants in the area, they are probably severely understaffed. Overall, it was an enjoyable evening.

We had an amazing anniversary dinner there with steak and lobster served at the bar. The bartender Nelson was so efficient, courteous and friendly. It made our night. This is a must stop for a great time and great food.

Great place to gather. The bar tender Nelson Jones does a great job of friendly and, efficient service. Food is very good and prices are reasonable. All servers are friendly helping making the dinning experience pleasant and fun.

Parking: Parking is a plus as it is free and next to the restraunt. It is important in season as the town parking fees are high and often difficult to find.

Food is usually very consistent. We love our experience at the bar with Nelson. He is friendly and always accommodating . We have been there when he is off and we don’t enjoy the experience the same as when Nelson is working.

Went on my husband's birthday (tradition) because he loves the prime rib, he always recommends Outback over Texas Roadhouse. After he ordered he was informed that they cooked the prime rib all day at too high a temperature so they didn't have any medium rare. They recommended a rib eye which my husband also enjoys. When they brought it out it was inedible, tough and stringy and ALL FAT. No exageration- we told the server who sent the manager over, first he tried to defend the meat as always being fatty which is a given, but then told us they were sent a bad slab, which sometimes happens. 🤔 Understandable, but why did they serve it if it was bad???? It was a very slow night ! In their defense it was removed from the check but it left a bad feeling. We don't ever complain about a meal, but it was bad.

Wish I could post the photos that I sent to corporate. Will never go here again after many years of loyalty. Proprietor was argumentive. Gave me back 30+ dollars on a $103 bill. I would have at least expected the entire tab be refunded since it ruined our night. Gave the food to our dog and made an egg sandwich.

It's definitely better than Korea. I really liked the service. Although my English isn't good, they tried to explain it kindly.
