The Outback seemed outdated. The food was not up to the quality that I expect from the Outback. The food was just okay.

We ordered online to go. The order was missing many things. When we called the manager, she said the small bag with a lot of stuff was missing and and she agreed to send compensation to our address. She didn’t. We are very disappointed.
My very recent experience with outback was not good. To go department server with extremely long nails opened my prepared meal boxes and checked them one by one.
In the food industry that long nails should not be allowed. I lost my appetite!
The very last experience is as in the pictures below.
The steaks were burnt, very dry, no taste.
For three visits to this location outback, our steaks were not cooked to our specifications. We contacted the manager on three occasions. The first manager told us to contact her before the order. Second, she was not there and when happened the third time, the manager requested the pictures and we provided the pictures and he couldn’t find them in his email. We called him and sent the pictures again. And he eventually found the pictures and told us the process sears them . We told Mr.Jones they are not edible. He argued that the process is at fault. We asked for him to make the steaks the way we wanted and he refused and opted to put the money on my credit card. This indicated to me that Mr Jones is turning away my business. So we will order our dinner from another restaurant.
Most difficult part about dining at this outback is finding the entrance off the highway

Are server was awesome he was very polite and attentive. Food not good the stake wasn't good at all NO flavor none and i asked for rare i even said still mooing. Got med rare. The Ozzie fris was soggy and they plopped a lil bit of the smallest beacon bitz I have ever seen in my life on the top center. Not all over like it shoild be or the picture showed. And here is the WORST PART!! IT was so HOT and Humid inside on the 1st side they sat my family on we had to move to the other side of the restaurant where it was so so so much cooler. Not 100 percent comfortable but way way way better. If it wasn't for my nicese that wanted to stay we would have left. The 8 oz stake was more like a 6 oz and they charged 35 dollars for it and it had NO flavor so this place has gone down hill bad since March when we was here. Also they had a bunch if little plug in ac units all over trying to make the one side with the big party there cool and the bar. Hence why the other side was so hot.

came here after the beach and my aunt got severely sick on the potato soup. feel like it’s been stored incorrectly if i had to take a guess(ie thrown into the walk in after dinner service is done instead of waiting for it to cool to room temp, increasing bacteria.) i understand this isn’t fine dining, but you gotta have standards and not get your patrons sick. on top of that the cesar salad was very peppery, and my mocktail tasted like straight sugar (virgin mojito, a typically sour and bitter drink). our server Taryn was amazing, but the food was such a disappointment. do better management.

Steak was over cooked. The Bartender was great and just ordered up a new steak. The the manager came over and tried to argue the the steak was “pretty close” and said I was unfair saying that this not medium rare. He was rude, poorly dressed and completely unprofessional. We eat in Outbacks a lot, but will go back to this one.
We went Saturday night to celebrate two birthdays. We had reservations for 6 people . After finally being seated, our waitress didn't appear to know what she was doing. When she finally came to us, we were ready to order, but she told us she could only take our drinks order and not our food order because she had to go in order by table.... That's a new one to me. So, we waited and waited. After finally getting our orders in, two in our party ordered salads. They came with no silverware. I asked multiple times and was finally told they ran out of silverware and were working on it. The food tasted ok. However, the two people who did eat salads, had gastrointestinal issues that night. This restaurant needs better trained staff and possibly the health department to look into them. People should not become ill after eating, especially given the amount of money that was spent to dine there.
