I like the fact that the kitchen now brings your food. The problem is that if you would like condiments and / or drinks, you have to wait another 10 minutes until your server gets back to you. So, I have eaten a stake that has cooled down.

Had an absolute amazing time! Erycca was the best waitress ever! She was so professional & humorous! There was a problem with the food and she quickly resolved the issue! I would absolutely recommend going to Erycca! Best customer service with her!!!

We went in and ordered take out for four people. Our bill was close to $200!!! We got home and an entire meal was missing, TWO sides of the meals that we ordered were missing and not the cheap sides !! The loaded mashed bc they said they couldn’t do baked potatoes bc the oven was broken, and the over the top Brussels which we paid an up charge of 3.99 for. And the order we did get with them were TERRIBLE !! The best. The manager said he could offer as he laughed when I called was .., well I’ll send ya a gift card. We shouldn’t have had to pay for the entire meal not just what was missing! Such poor service and food it was sad. We have celebrated our birthdays with outback for years and this is the thanks we get. Just terrible! Won’t be back.

We waited for a table for 6 fo 25 minutes, one open when we arrived and they took us to a both and squeezed us in! Another 10 minutes or so came by and took the drink order which came out wrong! I ordered a garden salad with dressing on the side! That came out wrong! My Alice Springs chicken was so dried out and the bacon was very tough! Never again,

My father ordered a 6oz filet cooked medium. He recieved a well done rather poor excuse for a steak. I ordered a 8oz filet medium well, recieved a rare filet. My loaded bake potato was a little under done and lacked the loaded part of the combo...and the service was a little slow. Maybe because they are gearing up for the summer and don't yet have a full staff. The staff was helpful and cutious..A big fat 6 out of 10....

Service was terrible. Bread nor appetizers were delivered within a reasonable time. Took over an hour for entrees. Upon speaking to the manager on duty, the table of 6 was extremely frustrated as he never apologized for the service , offered no compensation except to explain that the delay was because we ordered an appetizer. The waitstaff worked hard and did their best. The manager however needs to learn skills to deal with delays in service. It was clear he was overwhelmed by the situation. We are regular customers and will certainly return. We offered extra gratuity to server as clearly it was not her issue. Very frustrating experience when it is usually a very enjoyable one.

sat at the bar tender was ruinning all over the place, took a while to get our first drinks, drinks were good, ordered second round and our food, took forever to get our food, people who came in after us had drinks, apps and main dish, and we are still waiting, food finally comes out, the chicken was cold and the outback burger that was suppose to be cooked well, was bloody red on the inside. will never go back, owner and manager should be ashamed of them selves

Have been to this Outback two times in the last 6 months and both times after we were seated, we waited for more than 15 minutes without so much as a greeting from anyone.I understand if they are understaffed or having a bad day, however it is imperative that a seated customer be greeted and informed if there are any issues. We have not had the food at this Outback because we walked out after waiting 15 minutes the first time and 20 minutes this time, without even a glance from the staff.

Outback is Outback. They have some new combinations that we really like but are a little odd (steak and chicken), and some special dinners (4 course meals) that make the menu a bit different than you might have previously experienced.Service was really good this time (Saturday, 5ish Presidents day weekend) due to the coordination between the server and the runner, and the hostess was very personable.It's in a resort area, so make sure you bring your patience and do the call ahead seating "reservation" online before you go.
