We are so happy that Gary and Lorraine reopened Palate Bistro! It has been our favorite for years. The crispy rockfish and the pork were fantastic - Chef Andy is knocking it out of the park. As usual, Lorraine’s desserts were delicious!

Curbside service worked well for us to have a memorable evening at our home celebrating our daughter’s birthday. Lorraine worked with us so the delicious apps and diverse dinner choices were ready for pick up. We can recommend the hot crab dip and steamed shellfish pot for starters. All five of us enjoyed our dinner choices. We had the baby lamb lollipop chops, shellfish pappardelle, Eastern shore crab cake, vegetarian risotto and the special Rockfish. I am so happy we choose Palate.

Gary and Lorraine created a delicious birthday lunch experience for my mom to enjoy - incredibly fresh and tasty salads, crab cakes, their wonderful chicken salad, and a superb crab soup. My mom was so happy! All her favorite tastes and flavors. Bravo! Much appreciated!
A wonderful restaurant with excellent food and service

We regard Palate as one of our "go to" restaurants. On this Saturday we were fortunate to get a last minute reservation. As always, Lorraine, Tom and Jay make our visit to Palate more than just "eating out" Their friendly interaction with all of their guests make the dining experience that more enjoyable. My go to meal is the Seafood Paparadelle but on this visit I decided to try the Bourbon Brown Sugar Slow Braisd Beef Brisket accompanied by Harricot verts and Yukon Potato Gratin. The brisket was tender and potato au gratin was wonderful. It will be hard to choose now between the seafood and the Brisket. My wife had he Maple Pecan Salmon which also was cooked to perfection - as always. We highly recommend Palate for a wonderful dining experience.
