Staff Johnathan working at panera in the morning shift is amazing. Went to panera at 6:03 am right after they open and ask for soup as I was having some health issues. He went above and beyond to help me and make sure tgat I got soup that early even after few minutes of opening the restaurant. Thank you for such outstanding service. Let's get started by saying, I enjoy Panera and I have actually have been part of the Sip Club for over 4 years. So I have been going to this location for over four years. And ever since the previous manager left, this place has gone down hill. The staff is rude and dismissive. And I have noticed a huge turnaround in employees since the new management. Mobile orders are not fulfilled, even just an empty cup for nearly 30 minutes after it was placed and confirmed it was ready for pick up. To then be told, your order will be ready, when it's ready. She didn't even take the time to see what my order was.

Very poor service and a latte that was so terrible I had to just throw it away. The young male employee who made the latte was very rude and argumentative. I stayed pleasant and calm explaining how I have ordered many caramel lattes in different Panera bread locations and the taste was completely off compared to many prior experiences. He argued with me and said he had made them many times. The latte had a sour bitter taste and it was thin like a regular coffee. I threw it away and left. I am appalled that he felt comfortable treating a customer with such little respect.

The sandwich is normally better. It was very light on veggies and hummus. Panera is so much better in other states from Massachusetts to Tennessee to North Carolina to Florida. It is borderline in Rehoboth at best and it is off season. Some of the staff is just plain miserable. It is a shame. Hit or miss location.

Manager was the rudest person I have ever dealt with at any restaurant in my entire life. I have been going to Panera for years and have always had a great experience but this location is being badly managed. Wait times at lunch exceed 30 minutes. People only get so much time for lunch before needing to get back to work. I’ve been to fine restaurants that aren’t as slow as this. And on top of it the managers rude to customers.
