Just left the restaurant on Coastel Hwy, Rohoboth, DE with a complete burnt roof of my mouth. And before you say anything! I did let it sit, blew on it. But for the love of God, why does a cappuccino have to be so hot it peels the roof of your mouth immediately on the first sip! I even asked for a cup of ice and put in at least 10 pieces, and it was still steaming hot. Didn't get to drink it because my mouth is now raw.Do better! Turn your machines down to a proper level.If I were a different person, they would be sued!

Are you still really love panera? But they have gone downhill in the last couple of years. The quality of their food is not the same and today I ordered a Turkey Sandwich and I got chicken salad.. And they gave me a hard time about putting the avocado on there. That was supposed to come on my sandwich. Show at really happy because this is the third time in a row. This is happened.

Wish more Panera bread places had drive thru like this
Food is prepared timely with quality. Coffee is well- brewed and kept at the right temperature. Service crew is super efficient and friendly. The dining room is clean and organized. We enjoyed our breakfast here very much, thank you!?
The food here tastes like homemade and I would personally like to thank the manager, Alisha who is very friendly and made sure we had a great experience and Jaden and Nisha also deserve a shout out because their friendly demeanors. Thanks to the people here that I mentioned here we had a GREAT meal and experience. You will see us more now.

After ordering online, I went to pick up the food. Even after waiting for 20 minutes, it didn't come out. I asked her employee, and she said, " I guess they're making it," and she turned and walked away. I waited another 20 minutes. But it didn't come out, so I called to check. she said the food had been served 20 minutes ago and hung up. My food was left on the indoor shelf instead of the pickup shelf. Should I order $80 and eat this cold food? No one takes responsibility. I'm disappointed with the rude staff.
