Tried online order and delivery today. Was supposed to be delivered between 6:25 and 6:35. When I called ar 6:47 I was told they only have 1 delivery driver and my order would arrive at 7:05. The manager, Elisa then hung up on me. I then called back when my order was not delivered and was told the new time was 7:30. I asked for the corporate # and was told that they can't help me. I advised that I would not pay for this as she was very rude and late, she canceled my order and hung upon me again. I have filed a complaint with the corporate office. Since when had delivery and fast food become so conscientious!!

Ordered at large and two 20 oz sodas. Waited 1 hour and 45 minutes. The bottles of soda were in the bag with the pizza! Who does that???? 31.00 dollars later and this completely sucks.Save your money folks!

This place was great for years. They went downhill very fast. I encourage folks to try domino's or somewhere local. Papa John's should really close this location if they refuse to take care of there customers. They sold me an undercooked pizza and refused to fix it. That's theft as far as I'm concered.

No gloves used when making the food. I watched the man go bare handed with the dough and cheese and then go and answer the phone with those same bare hands. He hung up and then walked over to the jar of pepperocini's and go deep diving in the jar for 2 peppers. It was gross.

Absolutely ? percent disgusting. Found a fly under the cheese of our leftovers the next day. So ate about half our pizza and the next day went to eat some more and there was a fly in the cheese as my fiance almost crunched into itDietary restrictions: Super great dietary restrictions, they'll put a fly under the cheese of your cheesesticks
Our family ordered chicken wingette’s and two pizza’s; it was a 45 minute wait for pick up. We guess that is okay and normal sense we did not call it in earlier.? The pepperoni pizza was good and the vegetarian pizza was awesome. The wingettes were delicious! Yum!

I ordered a Large Pizza and an extra garlic sauce cup. No garlic sauce, and what came was a 12” medium inside a 14” large box.Bake was ok, definitely not as good as I normally got from Papa John’s.

Manager Jerry Mayo horrible service, he’s a liar! My order was wrong he didn’t care and blamed someone else. He would not provide owner info to file complain and said just go online. Jerry is a dick!

i only posted two stars for the accuracy on orders and the taste, however unless your picking your food up, DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY. i order food from here on a lazy kind of night sunday when i dont feel like cooking or any other day ill feel like treating myself well. sorry for anyone like me who expects a delivery person to notify you through your very visible doorbell or casually knocking. but i guess common sense really doesn't run well all around the lower slower as they say. i have had my last four of 6 orders just left at my front door no kind of anything just left. and ik this because after the third time it happened i started watching these ppl do it. idk if theyre contracting through those online order drivers from uber eats, grub something and door dash, but the ppl i noticed dropping my food off never have a papa johns uniform or hat anything. i have noticed the one of few who did ring my bell ik is a door dasher. so whatever the f*** the problem is. they dont know how to knock when delivering your food. on 38 degree cold night i have had enough, the shits rude and just disrespectful , cant be about tips because i tip very well especially when its cold out, cant be my bell because other have uses it, nor can it be even possible thats how they deliver now. but its sucks i thoroughly enjoyed my food every time , and swept it under the rug not saying anything but enoughs enough. i think ill be choosing dominos now
