Ordered a birthday cake first one from this bakery. We were not disappointed. Also, had to ask if they had sticky buns. What a surprise they had both with or without nuts. The cake was delicious and the sticky buns were a hit for next day breakfast.

This is a slightly hidden gem. Behind the Crystal Restaurant Rehoboth. Their selection is awesome. Danish like NY where I was born. Cakes pies you name it. Open until 2pm. Come NOW. Closed Tuesday.

Fantastic bakery with fresh, delicious pastries and breads. Coffee is excellent, prices are fair, and the staff is welcoming. Always a treat to stop by and grab something sweet or fresh out of the oven.

We are so happy we chose Pasqualini’s to bake us a birthday cake this year. My dream cake was a Hawaiian inspired sunset cake with custom edible flowers. Cathy is so talented and was able to duplicate the inspiration photo to a tee. Not only that, the raspberry jam filling was perfectly flavored but not too sweet (like the style of cake you now find in every supermarket). You could tell the ingredients used were high quality and the flavor was so delicate. Everyone at my party raved about the cake and it looked beautiful in all of our photos. We also ordered the tomato pie from Pasqualini’s. Although different, this tomato pie give’s Serpe’s a run for it’s money. We will be using Pasquilini’s for all future orders any time we are seeking something sweet or savory down at the beach!

Tucked away in a residential area, fun little bakery. Apple fritter was not too heavy not greasy. Cinnamon roll had a good frosting. Got here too late to try the donuts (10 minutes before Thur closing). Next time. The pies looked really good too.

I ordered a full sheet cake for my mom’s birthday. When ordering everyone was super helpful with questions. The cake was rather large and I was worried we would have a lot left over but it was SOOOO GOOD! Everyone talked about how great it was, asked where we got it, and helped themselves to a second piece! I will definitely be ordering cakes from here for all future events.

A slice of yesteryear quality in a humble disguise. Our family was biking the Lewes Rehoboth trail and we passed right by this gem I had seen reviewed online. As we approached with caution (was it open? Is this the place??), we were dubious that this could be the five-star bakery we sought. Never judge a book by its cover is the moral of this story. The quality of ingredients and care—dare I say love—that imbues each baked item is paramount. I wish I had infinite calories to burn so I could have sampled everything. Instead we tried the cinnamon rolls the size of your face. Fleshy rolls, light cinnamon (it’s a style) well balanced frosting sugar to butter ratio. You can taste the quality of the sugar used, the quality of the butter used if you are a baker. Pasqualini’s is tops. Do yourself a favor. Use some calories here. The pies looked amazing.

We got a chocolate cake here for my parents anniversary. Several chocolate connoisseurs were present and said it’s the best cake they’ve ever had. Delicious icing and toppings. Absolutely perfect. They are true artisans and masters of their craft.
