Sooo, there's no Pizza Hut in Philly. We thought we'd stop here in Maryland on the way home. The gentleman on the phone claim to have no specials so my wife went on line to order! The two mediums were more than enough.

Pizza hut pizza is most definitely one of my favorite places for pizza and bread sticks! But the Rehoboth Beach Pizza Hut is and has been for as long as I can remember the worst place to go in and sit down to eat at!! Idk why it's always been like that and never gets any better ??♀️ if you're craving PHut I recommend calling in or ordering online for PICKUP OR DELIVERY ONLY! I've never had a problem when doing pickup or delivery, I've only had problems dining in, and anyone I have talked to has never given a good review after dining in at this location!

This location is great. Don’t know why people are so negative all the time. The food is good and came quick. The staff is friendly and helpful. Would definitely eat here over the other pizza places in the area.

By far the worst Pizza Hut we have ever been to we went in there were only a couple other tables of people we requested to sit at the booths instead of tables due to my husbands bad back the extremely obese girl that was seating us then got extremely rude with us and told us they would not have room to seat there other customers if my party of five took two booths I stated since we were there we would have priority over whom may arrive after us this girl then told me I was being rude to her as she waddled over to the booth and threw our stuff on the table and didn’t even carry over the stuff to the other booth we then sat there 20 minutes before being waited on we also told the manager how we were treated he could care less in the meantime 1 other group that came in with 6 also sat there for 20 minutes and walked out other than them the restaurant remained empty the whole time we were there so the two booths we were “keeping other people from using “were the only two being used in this dumpy place.

They have strong race discrimination. They thought we did not understand English writing. On their bill they added a Pepsi and “extra cheese”. We asked them and told them we didn’t order Pepsi or “extra cheese”. The manager said what they served was “extra cheese”. They do not care what we ordered. When we tried to order coffee, they said they did not have coffee, and they had no idea why it was on the menu. Come on it is your restaurant, not mine! If it is mine, I would fire you!

I visited this store today to h as very lunch buffet. I sat a a booth in the front for 10 mins without so much as a welcome to Pizza Hut. When I asked for a manager the got the Senior shift Mary to come speak to me. She looked all confused like I was speaking Greek. I never got service never got food. I will never visit this establishment again. I now know why the restaurant is always empty. poor Service and word of mouth will kill a business.

For being the only ones in the resturant on a Saturday night our waiter wasn't very helpful. We had to flag him down to ask him for refills for our drinks. The pizza was extremely more greasy than other locations and the "garlic bread" that they charge 6 dollars for was just 4 pieces of Texas toast.

I watched the manager turn away a family that came to eat in yesterday. She told them that they were too busy and had no one to wait on them. It was a mom, dad, & a little boy. How hard would it have been seriously? I ordered food and the deal that's 4 sodas for $5 online. When I got there I was handed the folded box to put my drinks in. They had options that weren't listed online. When he rung up my order he changed the price because I chose a soda in place of a water cuz again they had more there than online. When I asked about the "deal" he said something about having to get 2 of the $5 deals in order to get any deal. I didn't understand since the website didn't charge it that way. Eventually the manager showed him how it worked but if I hadn't spoke up I would've paid a lot more. I only ordered it in the first place for the deal. I only needed 3 drinks. Ugh... very frustrating!
