Sooo, there's no Pizza Hut in Philly. We thought we'd stop here in Maryland on the way home. The gentleman on the phone claim to have no specials so my wife went on line to order! The two mediums were more than enough.
By far the best customer service I've ever seen at a chain restaraunt. They went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct even though it was close to their closing time. I had an interaction with each employee that was working tonight and they were all extremely pleasant. The one lady who I believe was the manager really has an amazing attitude and saw to it that I was satisfied with my order from start to finish. I can not say enough nice things about their attitudes....
Not many actual restaurants left in the Pizza Hut chain, so it is nice to have the option to eat in addition to take out or delivery. Not fancy but has comfortable booths and the weekday lunch buffet options.
