Have been going to pizza villa for over 50yr has the best subs and pizzas on the eastern shore. Drove to Philadelphia for one of there Philly cheese steaks the worst steak there is pizza villa makes them all look bad.

I met my wife working at a Christian bookstore next to the theater near Pizza Villa in 1994. We used to stop in there all the time for a warm slice or a cheesesteak with a birch beer. My wife and I have been married 27 years and just went back in there tonight after moving away from Rehoboth in 2001 and, lemme tell ya, everything is the same. The food is great and even better than I remember it from when I was younger.
Place could use an upgrade overall pizza was good only thing i didnt like about it was the sauce i dont like when the sauce is sweet on pizza yuck but overall it was good as far as how they cooked it

I work nearby and have been a regular customer for almost two years, they remember my voice and my order over the phone and they have it done in like 15 minutes max. The best cheesesteaks i've ever had and I plan on taking people back to Pizza villa even if I live outside of Delaware.

Hi I’m a local here and have been for all my life. I’ve been to this place twice. Once when I was 16 and now 21. My experience is exactly the same as it was 5 years ago. The pizza looks fine but going down is tasteless and unsettling. And for the place being 50 years old now doesn’t look at all improved. Trust me I’m all for simple, older looking diners but usually the food would make up for that. And considering it being a cash only place with an ATM machine that is theirs charging a fee every time you use it as well as Togo containers costing you more it makes me question if there is any care at all going into the store itself, let alone the food.

Slices r good but there pizza pie not good at all there most of been 3 inch's of crust was not great will never get a hole pie again very disappointed berley no cheese and saucall crust

Yo let me tell you what!! Hands down the best mom and pop shop in Delaware that I know of? The cheesesteak I had yesterday was better than Philly, by far!! I know my food and this place right here is it!! It’s down by the beach and this is my second time here!! I’ll be coming back for sure!!
