The friendliness of the staff AND the freshness of the food! It was so juicy and hot! I’ve been to other locations (not this one) recently and have been disappointed, but today I am so pleased and satisfied with my families experience.

Ordered a 5 piece tender combo with fries and a sprite. They said I have 2 regular tenders can I give you 3 spicy and I said yes. I get to the window and they hand me a coke. I politely let them know I ordered a Sprite. Then I am informed they are making fresh French fries and I needed to wait. I was happy to wait for fresh fries. I get to my office and I only have the two mild tenders so I paid almost $16 for 2 tenders fries and a drink. I called the store and both times it rang for 5 minutes and just hung up. This is absolutely unacceptable and I can't just drive to the store and say hey you shorted me my tenders because I wouldn't believe me either. This could have been resolved by them answering the phone and offering to make up for it at my next visit.

Highly irritated, twice in a row I have food from here and they don't make it right. I asked for no pickles when I was in the drive through, I get to the window and there is pickles. I order doordash, open the bag and there is pickles on the sandwich when I clicked no pickles!! Absolutely ridiculous!
