Slowest Popeyes on Earth. I only stop in while I’m in the area and every time (drive-thru) it’s a long wait. I’m currently parked 10 mins already and still waiting it’s 12pm exactly. I’m just praying my order is correct bc I already got served wrong drink at the window before they parked me…
**update** as soon as I posted my review I decided to go inside (along with another parked customer) and they were JUST bagging my food. There was a lobby full of people who weren't even waited on yet! Everyone was pissed. But there were at LEAST 6 employees, if not more working in the back. I quickly scanned my bag and left for the beach. When I settled in I realized part of my order was incorrect, but worst off IT WAS COLD. At least when I waited 20 mins last time I was here everything was fresh out the fryer. Don't even bother. The owners clearly don't know how to run a fast food place and it's a common denominator between this one and the one in Dover that also sucks.

As if inflation wasn’t bad enough, the owner of this Popeyes decided $15 for a 3 piece chicken tender combo was more in line with the company’s core values and approach to serving gourmet fast fast food here at the beach. Seaford was normal price a few short days ago. I didn’t go through with the order because why would I? Absolutely insane. And Popeyes think we’re that stupid enough to play along 🤷‍♂️. I won’t. GFY

The food was excellent and the staff is very friendly. The coke freestyle was hittin’. A 5 star experience.

Terrible, I paid for 2 flounder sandwiches with extra dill pickles on Good Friday. I get home they gave me two nasty crunchy chicken sandwiches. Took one bite, then tossed them in the trash can. I live in Lewes ! I will Never again buy anything from this place.

I had a great experience at Popeyes thanks to Barbara! We had a misunderstanding while ordering fries, and I was feeling frustrated, especially with hungry kids in tow during our vacation. Barbara approached the situation with patience and understanding, calmly explaining the options and helping us find a solution. She went above and beyond to ensure our order was correct and made the experience much more enjoyable. Thank you, Barbara, for your excellent customer service! Highly recommend this location!

Better check your orders cuz these clowns will get it wrong 50% of the time and ia never busy. Def don't care what's going on...completely burned out.

Ripped off! Hours posted online are until 11 pm. Even let's you order & charges you. Get here at 10:15? All closed up, lights off & hours posted on door? Open till 10

I don’t understand why I come first way before 2 customers just get in and order, they got out first and I got the food last? Employee told me ready in 5 minutes to get done. I wait double the time. Now my customer that need to be delivering is not happy at all

The food is always delicious, my chicken always hot, fries are made to order so they're never cold. The staff is wholesome & friendly. The owners are just really some good hearted people ❤❤
