Great place. Food is always hot and fresh (and delicious). The owners are wonderful and treat their customers with respect. Place is always clean too. I'm a huge Popeye's fan and this place is right up there with the best of them.

Came into the store and some older gentleman was tweaking about his food. Apparently it wasn't up to par with his expectations. After the mangers handled the situation (very well) I got to order my food. I got it to go and this is some of the best chicken I've had in a while. The taste and texture was exquisite. So glad I stopped by tonight. I highly recommend the tenders. The crispiness was perfect along with the buttermilk ranch to add some extra flavor.

I went through the drive thru, got home and my order was wrong. I said ok I'll just get another through doordash. It arrived blatenly wrong again. The dasher brought this to the workers attention and they shrugged and said if they dont like it give them a refund, we don't have that. So instead of saying we are out at the drive thru they switched it and did the same with doordash. They blatenly rip people off and are your typical lazy a$$ workers who don't care...even the manager. Stay away. I'm going there tomorrow to have a word.

Staff was pleasant, but man, I can’t trust a Southern Chicken style joint North of the Mason Dixon that doesn’t take pride in the quality of their food.Had the Truff sandwich that was more greasy edged crust than meat, and a Blackened sandwich that might as well have been chicken jerky! If I wanted as crispy of edges on a sandwich for $11+, I’d have gone next door to Friendly’s, perhaps the quality of their food would’ve amounted to better suit the price.

This location is worth the stop, nice employee's and fresh blackened? sandwich ? is better than ? fil a spicy chicken sandwich ? , can only speak for this location of course, Dover location can be a hit or miss so we just stopped going. So it was a treat.

Waiting a half hour for food to be brought out to me after ordering outside. If I'd been told in advance I would have passed. There were only 2 cars in front of us.
Consistent item quality problems. If you dare question the manager all you get is a nasty attitude from her.

Stopped by for some lunch and got some ridiculous non-service. we ordered our food after 13 minutes of waiting my son went in to ask where food was he was told give us six more minutes. We waited eight more minutes then I went in 23 minutes after the order was placed, we got our food I had to request an “ I’m sorry”. I tried to contact corporate and that is freaking AI, so old food 23 minutes after the order was placed, no customer service. My money will be spent at Chick-Fila from now on. Because when they mess up, at least they know how to fix the problem.
