Disregard any negative reviews from patrons, this restaurant is a complete experience from the unique Russian martini menu to the authentic Russian entrees. I dine here monthly and enjoy every visit. This is not a place to just stop in and have a shot or beer; take your business down the street to any sport bar for that. This is where you come for martinis, caviar, vodka flights, borscht, salmon, dinner, and Russian desserts. Plan on a 2 hour experience while Victoria shares stories of her childhood, family recipes and her Russian artwork and dishes.

This is the best place to eat in Rehoboth. Authentic Russian cuisine, fantastic caviar that comes with a presentation. It’s more than a meal, it’s an experience! A must do if you come to the beach!

My Russian born wife and I love Russian food. We visited a couple weeks ago, however we will not be returning. I have a lot to say about our experience but I will keep it short and to the point. Two entrees, one martini, tip, $160. The place is astronomically overpriced for the quality of food and drinks we received. Like… completely divorced from reality overpriced. The food would have been fine at $25/plate, but for $55/plate I expect better than tough, overcooked chicken and duck. It also took more than 40 minutes for our dishes to arrive. The owner is passionate but she needs to be careful what she says; she is condescending and insulting without even realizing it. I felt like I was in a car dealership being pressure sold on $25 drinks and $200 caviar. She also claimed the vodka they use will not give you a hangover, I can confidently confirm that is false. The approach was all wrong for a restaurant at this price point. On the bright side, the decoration is unique for the area, the presentation of food is pleasing and the rest of the staff is friendly and polite like one would expect in a high end restaurant. If you must have Russian style food at the Delaware beaches, and money is no object, this is probably your best bet, but I’d suggest getting it to go.

They didn't offer food menu until we order vodka. Half of the food menu was not available so we were pushed to order caviar and vodka.

Nestled in the heart of Rehoboth, Delaware, Red Square restaurant beckons with the promise of an unforgettable culinary adventure. Specializing in Russian cuisine, this establishment has garnered a reputation for its exceptional borscht, captivating the palates of locals and visitors alike. Upon stepping into Red Square, guests are enveloped in a warm and inviting ambiance, reminiscent of a cozy Russian bistro. The attentive staff adds to the welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that every diner feels like a cherished guest. The star of the show, without a doubt, is the borscht. A hearty and soul-warming soup, Red Square's borscht is a masterpiece of flavors and textures. The deep, earthy tones of the beets meld perfectly with the tang of the sour cream, creating a symphony of taste that lingers long after the last spoonful. While the borscht may steal the spotlight, the rest of the menu at Red Square is equally impressive. From savory pelmeni to indulgent beef stroganoff, each dish is crafted with precision and care, showcasing the best of Russian culinary traditions. In addition to the exceptional food, Red Square offers a curated selection of Russian vodkas and cocktails, providing the perfect accompaniment to your meal. In conclusion, dining at Red Square is more than just a meal - it is a culinary journey that delights the senses and nourishes the soul. Whether you are a connoisseur of Russian cuisine or simply looking for a memorable dining experience, Red Square is sure to impress.

Wonderful first visit to Red Square! Dinner was delicious and fun. We enjoyed everything, the Caviar, foie gras, borscht, and main dishes. The borscht was delicious, richer and more flavorful than any borscht we've had before. The duck breast was perfectly prepared and presented. And the stroganoff was wonderful. Instead of wine, dinner was accompanied by craft martinis. All in all, a wonderful evening!

We really enjoyed our vodka and caviar tastings. Philip and Victoria taught us so much about how the vodka and caviar are produced and the best way to taste them. It was a terrific experience and we appreciated the time they spent with us.

Victoria and her son Phillip are quintessential hosts and they run the restaurant in ways that enhance your dining experience. Always follow Victoria's recommendations for your meal because she personally prepares everything and the recipes are from her Mom therefore authentic Russian cuisine. Phillip prepares wonderful cocktail specialties from his well stocked bar that boasts a selection of hundreds of Vodka choices. Reservations are a MUST though, because of this personal service and attention to every detail. My favorite meals are the salmon and the Goulash.... of course the duck breast is delicious and unique. We also order Tzar's pizza as an appetizer, made with smoked salmon and caviar..... YUMMY. Bon Appetit

We had such an amazing experience at Red Square. Victoria, the owner treats you like family as soon you walk in. She went through every part of the menu section by section. She walked us through our vodka flight tasting and helped us pick out our martinis. Banana and lemon tea martinis were great and they were 10 oz each. You only need one. For an appetizer, we went with the oysters and I was hesitant eating crème fresh with oysters but I think I have been eating oysters wrong my whole life with hot sauce. These oysters had crème fresh, dill, lemon and salt and were delicious and so fresh. For our entrees we had the satsivy Duck and beef stroganoff, both were incredible. I crave the satsivy duck everyday and wish I ordered 2 of them. I don’t recall the name of the dessert but it was puff pastry with homemade cream in the middle of each layer and just the perfect amount of sweetness. I wish I could of given 10 stars. Service from Victoria and her son was OUTSTANDING!! They were so attentive and very family oriented. We loved hearing stories of her food and how personable she was to us. I was very skeptical that the vodka wouldn’t have a taste, smell or a hangover but I was very surprised on how smooth the flight was and no repercussions in the morning. I can’t wait to go back and couldn’t say enough about our experience. Thank you Victoria and your son for such an amazing night! I would HIGHLY recommend.

We had a family birthday celebration at RedSquare. It was every bit the unique and memorable experience we had hoped. The food was deliciously different from American fare. In addtion to the food, the vodka shots and martinis make this restaurant a reason to visit Rehoboth any time of year. Reservations a must.

A wonderfully different dining experience in RB. Great for a special occasion and when you want to have a relaxing, slow paced experience and want to try something far apart from other dining options in town.

The owner Victoria did a wonderful job explaining the process in correctly eating caviar, which, BTW, is nothing like the salty Romanoff jarred stuff in the supermarket. Red Square has the high-quality sturgeon caviar. I quite enjoyed the ritual!
