im not sure what people have against this place. the atmosphere is fine and so is the food. service is great and food arrived within 15-20 minutes.
the ricotta cheese is a little sour but that might be normal

First time I ate here, it was great, and I looked forward to becoming a regular. Second time awful, mostly bc of poor service. Ordered poached eggs, home fries and bacon. Got unseasoned frozen hashbrowns and poached eggs swimming in dish half full of water. Restaurant wasn’t busy — my section only had me and another couple — but waitress never checked back. Just showed up with check then argued that the potatoes are all the same. I said they’d had onions before. She said she could bring me onions for extra. I guess I was supposed to make my own home fries at the table. Asked hostess if I could speak to manager but he sent word back from the kitchen that he was too busy.

I’ve never left a bad review before. If I could give it zero stars, I would. There was an unknown, slimy substance in my coffee that I had to spit out. The owner/management came over and ran his finger thru this slimy substance and judging by the look on his face, even he thought it was gross but did not seem to care. The food was subpar at best. After the weird coffee incident, I couldn’t help but take notice to how dirty the restaurant was. There were dead flies all along the window sill just behind us. Our booth was dirty. The vents in the ceiling were filthy. Truly a gross establishment. Never again.

Great portion size of means and good value. Always can expect a good selection of true diner menu items. Home made soups are always very good as well as portion size. The diner has been there for years and provides a good meal. Could use background music rather than just TV. Clean up the landscaping and freshen up the paint would improve the overall atmosphere.

Table had dried food on. Bathroom was filthy. Food was good. Service was prompt. I asked for fresh pot of coffee, waitress pointed to the cakes in the case....her English was limited.

just moved back to rehoboth and this will be my last time eating here.. club sandwich was fatty and a lil rancid and although my scallops were ok the cocktail sauce was provided in an cold gelatinous glump the consistancy of cranberry sauce. last time i lived her a decade ago i ate here quite frequently but the has deteriorated as far as food, management as service since then.
Lunch was ok. I had a BLT. Fries were peefect. Toast was rather dry. Should have asked for mayo. Had to ask for my check because my waitress disappeared.
