I really liked that this place roasted and grid their own coffee. It was pretty decent and would come back if I was in the area. They have a really nice atmosphere to sit and begin the day.

This is an unfair business practice. You close the coffee shop doors before closing time. I drove 35 minutes and the business closes before closing time. So disappointing

Few people on laptops, but no line. Was not greeted, and it took 10+ minutes to get my drink bc there were 3 employees sitting outside on break. $7 for a drink and treated this way is not good customer service.

Great coffee and service, plenty of other options for non caffeinated folks. Clean restrooms, dog-friendly outdoor seating, shared tables, and occasional events. After visiting here I looked out for sister locations on my trip.
Vegetarian options: Great taste, doesn't feel like a dish with carnivore items substituted out
Kid-friendliness: Everyone was kind to my kid and directed him to great options for food, seating, etc. so he could feel welcome and independent here.

Sat in an empty store a 5pm minus two people working on laptops. Of the three employees working I never got greeted for my pick up order. They were more concerned with cleaning up. I love rise up as a brand but will never come back to this one. In season or off they lost my business.

I went here twice over the weekend. The first time I placed an online order around 10:45am and a text notification said my order would be ready at 12:43pm. Upon arrival my order was not ready and wasn’t ready until around 1:10pm. Once home, I realized only half my order was in my bag. I returned and they had to remake my order. The staff didn’t apologize for the situation. The next day I returned and placed an in person order. The order was complete, but incorrect. The coffee and drink aspect of “Rise Up” is phenomenal, however, the service operations for “Mad Egg” food aspect is lacking and frustrating.

We have been here twice and both times the estimated time for ordering at the counter and from ordering online was off by an hour. When you order online it was 15-30 minutes and when you go to pickup it says it will be an extra 45-60 mins. Very disappointing and had to cancel the order.

DO NOT ONLINE ORDER! HORRIBLE SERVICE. I ordered online at 9:30 am, it said it would take 1 hour and then I get there and they say it will be another hour totaling 2 hours for an online order of 4 sandwiches. The place was not even crowded and it would have taken 30 minutes if I ordered in person. DO NOT ORDER
