Charlotte on my receipt, Janie was the cashier that was the person that rung my order, very rude when asking what I wanted, told her my order then skipped to the next person before I could finish my ENTIRE order, understand it's on the beach but no reason to be down right out rude and nasty especially when there's a line of people!

Wild black Cherry ice with black raspberry custard

Water ice is great but pretzel are always hard as a rock work horrible the south is really sweet and nice, but I think the owner needs to learn how to rotate the pretzels because you cannot sell rockhard pretzels

Great variety of flavors and soft serve, especially during off season.

My husband really enjoyed this. They offered gluten free and he said the chocolate soft serve was better than Kopps.

Sure, everyone has different experiences with this place. However, mine was quite lovely. The two girls at the counter were very nice and even let me sample some flavors of custard. I ended up getting the Birthday Cake Batter. Rita's was a perfect, after the hot boardwalk snack.

Short staffed, I get it. I've worked with the public for over 20 years and I know what it is to deal with not enough staff and a busy store. However, the little girl on tonight was absolutely rude about the whole process. We walked in and the group in front of us were still deciding so they had us go ahead of them. As I ordered another group came in behind us. The girl working proceeded to slam cabinets, cases, anything she could around in her irritation that people dared to come into an ice cream/water ice establishment on a hot Aug day! I then pay and hit the button for my receipt to print. Well she walked away before I was done so I asked her for my receipt. She walked back, ripped it off the printer, and threw it on the counter before walking away.....cool thanks? at least it gave the 3 teenagers with me an example of how not to handle the public!
