Seed has delicious salads. The portions have definitely gotten smaller since they opened. A regular salad used to allow me to feel full and maybe have some leftover for later.... well now I don't even have leftovers and I'm noticing a decrease in the portion sizes. Hopefully they go back to filling the bowls like the used to. Aside from that the food is wonderful and fresh! Greens are healthy too!

I live out of town, and boy do I wish there was a Seedbol near me! My mom, son, and I ate there and all three of us loved it - even the picky 10 year old! The guys working were so kind and patient with us, since we’d never been and were having a hard time deciding. They give 5 star service for sure!I can’t wait to come back to the beach to come back to Seedbol!Dietary restrictions: As a plant based and gluten free eater, I was thrilled. My carnivore son raved about their chicken. There’s something for everyone!

I do like this place! Today was my first visit and I'm definitely sure it won't be my last!! I felt good after eating this for lunch. It's not heavy and it doesn't make you wanna nap! Lol! I guess I could say this would be my first step to getting healthier!! Next I'll try the soup!!
