I previously helped my sister in law place in order through a phone call because she doesn’t speak English. The guy who took the order at register was not hospitable or polite at all. I feel like it is complete nonsense to treat a paying customer rudely. Overall this place lacks customer service. And from experience hospitality it is very important, I am very disappointed.

I’ve ordered 3 cappuccinos small today at 5.40pm on my way, it was a disappointment as hardly there is coffee in it, it’s all filled with milk foam, I realized after I started. Very sad, waste of money.

We waited in line for 15 to be waited on. Only one person working alone on a Friday evening and he moved so slow. He also mumbled so it made it difficult to understand him. They had no pastries available so while we waited for our drinks, we bought food at the bakery in the store. Our coffees were great but the service was terrible.
My mother was waiting in the car..Lady was new...I was next in line.. She spent 5 minutes validating the customer's coupon because she didn't know how.. on top of that.. the customer paid and said she would be back after she was done shopping! seriously? .. another 5 minutes goes by.. she finishes making the first customer's cup of coffee and places it on the counter.. she asks what I'd like. I tell her and she starts making it.. the first customer finally retrieves her coffee.. A more experienced co-worker finally arrives and asks Her how she is doing.. oops.. she noticed that the inexperienced co-worker forgot an ingredient in the mix.. no worries as long as they get it right ? I get my coffee with a whopping amount of whipped cream on top whether I like it or not.. no thank you.. no have a nice day.. what a witch.
