My husband and I stopped in for coffee and something to eat on Feb11th 2024. The staff were busy but we didn’t mind waiting longer than usual as we understood they were short staffed. We sat down with our snacks and waited and my latte never arrived. Mobile orders came and left and customers came in to order at the counter and got their orders and left or sat down . My husband asked at the counter and the girl lost her mind and shouted “ can’t you see we’re busy here with only three of us “ and then proceeded to bang the coffee pot and milk steamer in a temper tantrum I guess . People in the cafe seemed shocked by the outburst. The customers seated to the right of me looked over in disbelief. Not a good look for Starbucks ! We are done , never going back there.

Very nice area inside to sit down with little couches and stuff. There were a lot of people inside waiting around but there was still plenty of space.I didn't get anything to eat but my sister and friend did and it was your average Starbucks drinks and food. The sandwiches they wanted were out of stock, which was unfortunate, but they got something else they liked so it was fine.It's a Starbucks so you know what you're getting into. But this particular one has one of the largest and nicest sitting areas I've seen, so if you need a place to do some work or catch up with your friends it's a good place to do it.

This is our BEST Starbucks experience post-pandemic (aka everything went downhill)!!!First of all, the baristas were friendly, helpful and efficient! The beverage tasted SO much better then other locations!We loved the atmosphere in the store, and spent extra time than we intended to enjoy our drinks.We were visiting and definitely will miss this place! Thank you for the great experience!
horrible service. ridiculous waiting 25 minutes for drinks when they're making the mobile orders of people that aren't even in. take care of the customers sitting inside first. what a waste of my time.
