Need better cup holders for deliveries had to iced teas flip over in the bag the bag sealed shut so you can't see inside and it ruined the bag and the customer's food. Bag was handled properly bag sat on the counter in the sweat from the drinks saturated the cardboard holder and drinks could not stand up in the holder!

Today is the 3rd day in a row that this Starbucks gave me an incorrect order. I ordered a nitro brew and did not order ice in the drink, but the drink had ice in it when I was given the order.

Not sure why the girl at the counter chose to charge my Starbucks card fully and argue with me about redeeming my birthday reward instead of making it right. I will not be back to this location.

Service was quick and staff was friendly. Was surprised with the quickness for being a popular and busy location being that it’s on the boardwalk at Rehoboth Beach. Order was made correctly and we had a pleasant transaction. Location was clean and it’s located in a great location. Will definitely return next trip.
