Bagels here are hit or miss. Stopped in for bagels and a sandwich 4 time over 2 weeks time while visiting and some were super fresh and soft and others were tuff like they are a day old 😬. Price for a BEC bagel sandwich was $7.50, a little to much for what it is !!

Ordered breakfast burrito, specified no onions twice. Ended up covered in onions. Waste of $10. Threw it straight in the garbage. They just 100% ignore any modifications on your order. Won’t be going back.

We've been to Surf Bagel in Long Neck, so we kind of knew what to expect, and we were happy to be correct. The food is excellent, especially the breakfast sandwiches, and the bagels remind me of home in north Jersey. The people are friendly and kind while the service is quick. The coffee is very good as well.

I had a muffin and coffee. The muffin was generous in size, moist and delicious. The coffee was great. I had pumpkin for the first cup and blueberry for the second. Both were delicious. It is a busy place. Staff were friendly and willing to please. .

I have been there a few times. I enjoy their food…there Everything Bagel is SO good. Would be 5 stars except they didn’t toast my daughter’s bagel with cream cheese, nor did they ask her if she wanted it toasted….thick bagel not toasted with cream cheese….let that set in your mouth……ok now go get a drink because I am sure the sound of that just dried your mouth out.
Our sandwiches were awesome and SO tasty. My wife’s smoothie was nasty (her words, not mine) and my Strawberry Banana Smoothie was like water….all OJ and very little Strawberry, Banana, and Ice. It was edible.
The wait for food. I don’t know what happened but it seemed like if you ordered a single sandwich, they jumped right on your order but if you had ordered much more, you were waiting until they got slower…..this place NEVER gets slower, so I waited about 40 minutes for 3 sandwiches and two runny nasty smoothies. But my daughter who ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese had her order in less than 5 minutes.
So, the wait for 3 sandwiches and 2 smoothies, the subpar smoothies, and failing to toast, or at least ask about toasting my daughter’s bagel is what caused a 3 star review. The wait was the worse of it all. Extremely frustrating to watch people order food 10-15 minutes after us and get their food almost immediately. Sure I would go back, but lack of food choices for individuals who have dietary needs, poor priorities of order of orders being placed and smoothies not being good especially for their cost….going here won’t be my first go to!
