I have been there a few times. I enjoy their food…there Everything Bagel is SO good. Would be 5 stars except they didn’t toast my daughter’s bagel with cream cheese, nor did they ask her if she wanted it toasted….thick bagel not toasted with cream cheese….let that set in your mouth……ok now go get a drink because I am sure the sound of that just dried your mouth out.
Our sandwiches were awesome and SO tasty. My wife’s smoothie was nasty (her words, not mine) and my Strawberry Banana Smoothie was like water….all OJ and very little Strawberry, Banana, and Ice. It was edible.
The wait for food. I don’t know what happened but it seemed like if you ordered a single sandwich, they jumped right on your order but if you had ordered much more, you were waiting until they got slower…..this place NEVER gets slower, so I waited about 40 minutes for 3 sandwiches and two runny nasty smoothies. But my daughter who ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese had her order in less than 5 minutes.
So, the wait for 3 sandwiches and 2 smoothies, the subpar smoothies, and failing to toast, or at least ask about toasting my daughter’s bagel is what caused a 3 star review. The wait was the worse of it all. Extremely frustrating to watch people order food 10-15 minutes after us and get their food almost immediately. Sure I would go back, but lack of food choices for individuals who have dietary needs, poor priorities of order of orders being placed and smoothies not being good especially for their cost….going here won’t be my first go to!

Honestly, I’m only posting a bad review because I got there at 1:59, they unlocked the door, opened it, and just told me they were closed. Found it to be pretty rude. Wouldn’t a locked door tell me that? No need to open the door and add insult to injury.

If you've ever enjoyed the quality of a NYC bagel, then you already know what to expect when you walk in here. Fantastic bagels and cream cheese, lots of great toppings, and friendly faces at the counter. Lots of great coffee options and speedy service as well.

6.28.25 ordered a bagel sandwich with extra bacon and an extra egg (to go), with an upcharge of $4.00, sandwich total cost $11.50. The issue is that the sandwich did not have anything extra.... single egg, 2 slices bacon and while i understand that mistakes happen, this has happened to multiple previous orders at this location, which means to me, NO quality control, OR the cook CANT READ, OR that this location knowingly shorts the order done as a way of increasing profit margins. WARNING if you order from this location, check your order completely before leaving the store.
