The staff is nice, and it was cool to see them making the icecream. However, it is WAY too sweet. I had the vegan base and my wife the yogurt base, and they both tasted like pure sugar, nothing else. I had to drink a lot of water, and had a slight headache afterwards. They can cut the sugar by half, in my opinion.

The people there were super nice. When your order started they made sure to tell you so that you could choose any add ins. I got a banana, Nutella rolled ice cream with Nutella bin the middle and strawberries on top. It was amazing. I would definitely go here again.

I was skeptical, thought the concept was too gimmicky. But it's good. Rehoboth is short on quality ice cream options and we four all enjoyed-- unlimited toppings, nice staff, went later so no line, outdoor seating in that little plaza. Will return. The thin little rolls are yummy!

I’m not sure why people say it’s nothing special, because this ice cream shop rocks! Rolled ice cream is brilliant in my opinion. All round family friendly staff and service. Love it!

Sweet Charlie's is a yearly stop for my family and I, however this year it was slightly different with a new peanut intolerance, Jack and Wilson both stopped what they were doing to accommodate our needs. Amazing experience always, amazing ice cream too!!
