I went here on my moped but they didn’t let me go through the drive thru, it’s a legal moped with a. Plate etc. I’m really bummed out because some loser didn’t let me get food because of it. I wasn’t able to walk in as they were closed inside. What a joke

DONT GO HERE AT NIGHT!
Went around 10:15 to get some food, used to go to this location all the time with no issues. Whoever was taking my order was the rudest person I ever met. Screamed at me asking if I was done with my order and mocked me when I was confused why they sent me back around in line.
Oh yeah, they also sent me back around the line, for some reason. And when I didn’t know what was going on the girl gave me such an attitude.
I asked for no ice in my Baja Blast, lo and behold they both had ice, and the only reason I didn’t go back to fix it is cause the idea of customer service from this crew seemed foolish at best.
I don’t know if it was just the team last night, but it was probably my worst Taco Bell experience ever.

Thank you, Kyla, for being so sweet! I came through the drive thru late at night and ordered some food for my family. I knew my order wasn’t going to be tiny so I gave Kyla a heads up. She assured me that it was no problem and even had me laughing while I waited for my food. Yall are lucky to have her!

on our way back from the beach we put in an online order, when we went to pick it up we were missing about 6 drinks. we told the lady and she became very rude and dismissive and told us to go back around. we did and she still didn’t have all our drinks. we told her again what was missing and she said give her the receipt, we did and she still messed it up!

Horrible taco supreme. I ordered two crunchy tacos supreme and I got less than a teaspoon of meat a couple pieces of tomatoes a little bit of lettuce and a drop of sour cream. My sister also got the same thing. My niece went through the drive-thru yesterday and when she pulled out her taco it was upside down and the wrapping was loose so all the ingredients fell out. I thought it was a one-time thing with my niece yesterday but unfortunately it happened twice. Hopefully the situation gets addressed maybe it was due to new employees or disgruntled employees. Unfortunately All Taco bells are not the same.
