Only thing that I had to eat on Wednesday 12/3/21. Ate ate about 5pm. Woke up at 1am with food poisoning. 3 days of constant purging from both ends. I feel like this is the second time from this place. Anyone else having issues?
This Taco Bell needs to be investigated by corporate. They are trying to game their drive through window delivery times. Every time that I order on the app, I pull up and give my name and they tell me I need to come back in 3-4 minutes. They so this so that it appears my food is ready right away when I drive through again.I'm contacting their head office.

The forms was good as usual but the service was terrible and took close to 20 minutes to get our

After sitting in the drive through line for minutes hearing nothing, we hear with the nastiest tone “Hello, are you going to order!” Drove up and immediately asked for a manager! He claimed her headset was not working and we were sitting for 2 minutes without ordering. Well if your headset was not working clearly we did not hear you say anything to us! Ask “Hello can you hear me?” Or “Hello, sorry my headset is not working?” Not with the nastiest tone and attitude “Hello are you ordering!” The drive through woman (refused to give name, hat with nose ring) continued to be nasty. The manager, Mike, gave excuses and “apologized.” Horrendous! Stay away!

The guy at drive thru was kinda mean. I could not hear the voicefrom speaker and he was mean to help me out. He did not take our order properly either.
Oh, Taco Bell...if only you knew of the disappointment that lingers in the pit of my soul right now. The 2 stars are for friendly service and for having one of my favorite sauces but that's all they get credit for today. Now I haven't been to Taco Bell in a while BUT WHEN IN THE HECK DID THE PRICES GET SO HIGH AND THE TACOS GET SO SMALL!? I'm not even sure that counts as a taco! You had one job Taco Bell! ONE JOB!

It's Taco Bell, if you are expecting fine dining you will be disappointed. My wife and I ordered dinner via the app and picked up via the drive though. Order was correct, service was friendly and efficient.Only complaint was that one of my wife's potato soft tacos was severely under filled. Overall though, for what we paid, we were happy.
Fast service, clean restaurant, love the self-order terminals.
