Service was a bit slow in the morning, but it might be due to the off-season. They also didn’t have lots of pastries when I was there. Still, coffee was good and they have ample space with nice design.

I visited here 4 years ago, but we haven't been back in-season since then! The quality and flavor of the coffee is perfect. I also love the whole vibe of the place. Highly suggested for a local coffee! (And I get iced lattes!)

Just OK. Staff was great though.Here is my experience ordering the burrito. It was sitting in some sort of heated storage. Because of this, the tortilla was pretty soggy. I’m sure it’s because the burrito is premade with salsa in it. The ingredients were on point but I don’t think this procedure for making burritos is best for the customers. I understand it might save the employees time, but I would rather wait for it to be made.Also, I felt like the lemonade was ok. Weird taste.

My fave coffee place in Rehobeth ! Service is awesome, Wayne is so great and helpful! There coffee is great with an awesome selection of flavors! Highly recommend there Chesapeake egg bowl of overnight oatmeal for breakfast!

On Rehoboth Beach in DE for the first time. Early morning trying to catch the sunrise. Came across the best place for coffee. What a way to start the day with a smile, smooth order and hospitality beyond measure.Dwayne showed me to the restroom and told me all about local coffee that they sell. For a friendly atmosphere and good coffee on Rehoboth beachfront, the Coffee House is the place to be.

Coffee is probably fine, just despise what the schell brothers have done to the area.Our infrastructure is crumbling and they keep building more inefficient mcmansion sprawl that's eating up all the vacant land and selling it to wealthy people from out of state. We're being priced out of our own towns.

Perfect spot for great coffee and a quick breakfast. There are lots of great options from yogurt parfaits, baked goods and bagels to breakfast sandwiches. The atmosphere is fun and inviting, right down to seasonally themed cups and stickers. It’s right off the boardwalk and has warm, friendly staff. Can’t ask for more!
