DO NOT SIT INSIDE WHEN THE RESTAURANT IS FULL BECAUSE THE ACOUSTICS ARE HORRIBLE!
It is such a good restaurant I wish they would invest in good sound management.

Came here for a date night. Staff were all very friendly & accommodating. Our server, Garrett, was great. We got the Sushi Combo (mix of nigiri & spicy tuna roll), the Rehoboth roll & the Cultured Pearl roll. Fish quality on the nigiri were as it should be, though nothing too special. The rolls we tried were all very good though! An aesthetic, unique & popular spot with koi ponds surrounding the tables both inside and outside. A line quickly formed behind us around 7pm, so would recommend getting a reservation ahead of time.

Very nice place, with an elegant but understated decor. Tables were far enough apart that having a private conversation was easy enough. Service was very nice, from being seated to our first encounter with our server. She was very attentive without coming by to often. She explained the menu, options, and drinks and food. Our food was really delicious, and we had mostly sushi and a dessert. Afterwards, our server was quite accommodating with some questions. We left full, happy and very glad our anniversary date night went so well.

My husband and I went here in 2017, and it was delicious. We've been wanting to go back, and we finally had an opportunity to go this past Saturday from southern Maryland. I'm beginning to think this is my favorite restaurant in the world. My food was out-of-this-world delicious! I'm vegan, and there are so many vegan options! My husband and our 6YO daughter loved the food, too!
Vegetarian options: Lots of vegan options, and the sushi rolls were marked vegan.

To preface, I am going to have a "but" after the positives.
We have been coming to Cultured Pearl for years.
The food is amazing. The drinks are amazing. The atmosphere, especially the roof top dining Koi Pond is gorgeous.
BUT, this evening, it took a while for our food to come out, which is fine, life happens. We finished dinner. Moved on to evening drinks, dessert, and coffee.
Dessert drinks and dessert was brought out. The waiter forgot to bring our coffees and did not return to check on us for about 20 minutes. So when he came by to check on us we let him know that we hadn't received our coffees yet. He apologized, rushed to get them. About 10 minutes after we received our coffees, the manager (an Asian lady with long hair whom I believe also owns the establishment) told us we need to leave because she needed the table for other reservations.
Our dessert was not finished. Coffees were just started because of the delay in YOUR wait staff and kitchen. She then proceeded to hover above us until we stood up and left.
This is not to goad but we spent ok excess of $300 this evening in the establishment. To be told that we need to leave, while there is still food on our plates,unfinished drinks, and to someone that just provided income to your establishment is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE.

Really high quality seafood. The menu is vast. I ordered their Special, which was a Pineapple Ceviche, and ordered the Cultured Combo. Both were phenomenal.

Garrett served me this evening. The food is good even tho there have a lot of customers but the food still come really fast. It’s warm and wonderful. This restaurant has such a warm welcome too.

An unexpected joy for vegans! Our server was incredibly knowledgeable and we were able to enjoy starters, mains and veggie sushi rolls and we still didn't even try all of the available vegan options. The added ambiance of the rooftop patio made the whole dining experience absolutely wonderful. Vegans and vegetarians this place will feed you well!

First time at this restaurant. Me, my daughter, her friend, and my fiancè. The decor was cool, with severl koi ponds decorating the interior. As someone who has sampled sushi all across the country, I will say that the fish was fresh and well prepared. The waitress was friendly and helpful, and the servings were generous. In conclusion, we highly recommend a visit to this restaurant during your Rehoboth Beach vacation.
