Was there once before and had a good experience, but this last time was very bad! The waiter was far from attentive and did not try to make the experience better. Disappearing for a very long time, whether it was taking our first drink order or asking if anyone needed another. Forgot to bring our condiments for our dinner, made excuses for the rare meat that came out, when we order ed the filet medium, salads were not good, as well as the translucent shrimp cocktail and the tuna tare tare that had 3 tiny chunks of tuna. Very disappointing, especially since I brought two other couples.

Perfect place to recover after a day at the beach. Relaxed yet sharp vibe inside. Excellent selection of drinks and food is top notch. Friendly staff always willing to explain menu options. Went on a Thursday and found out they have a date night special - a specific bottle of red wine free with the chateaubriand so that was fun!

Was happily and eagerly welcomed 15 minutes early when explaining we didn't want to chance getting caught by the possible storm and would be happy to step to the side if needed. Smiles all around, come on in! That was the highlight of the evening. Service: Our waiter was, to be kind, subdued. Okay we can live with that, not a lively interaction. But he never checked on us throughout our visit to refill water glasses or to see that the food was delivered and was it to our liking, nor removed any plates until he brought the bill. My appetizer plate sat there the entire meal. Food: My husband's food was tasty but he was initially given the wrong meal. Mine was fair with the grits floating in the sauce, though the shrimp was tender. We had looked forward to our evening as it was a return visit, and we had just been to their other location in St Michael's, which was a delight. I wanted to love it. After being made to feel like we were being ignored we decided to forego dessert. Perhaps if you are lucky enough to get either of the waiters who greeted us when we first walked in then you may enjoy yourself and the food, which was mostly good. The same waiter was very gregarious to a couple behind us who may have been locals but not the approach that I think works well in a tourist town when most diners are not. Again, perhaps my eager anticipation is what ruined my visit, but not sure I will return.

Went to Theo's for Father's Day's with my grown children. We all totally enjoyed our meals. Salads were fresh and tasted great! Sides could be better priced for sharing. Steaks were priced according with other steak restaurants I have been to. Wine list went from less expensive to straight up doubled or tripled. There were no medium priced wines. We went for glasses of wine instead. I understand the limit that is imposed on the web site as far as how long you can sit and be served at your table according to how many people are at your table but we got seated 15 minutes late for 4 of us and were still rushed through our meal to accommodate the 1 and 1/2 hour limit. I always thought being in the restaurant business for 41 years that 2 hours was the slotted dining time but I guess times have really changed.

Great find in Rehoboth Beach, martinis were excellent and served at the table from small shakers. We ordered the Steak Diane and NY Strip which were both so good, I was happy to have the mushroom Demi glaze and whipped potatoes with the Steak Diane. Onion rings and sautéed spinach were extras and good too. Cheesecake brûlée was a great ending and be sure your server brings out the house made garlic knots! Will def return to try more menu items and sit on the patio with our dog.

Exceptional service and meal. It was perfection from the start. Cocktails, apps, meal and dessert were outstanding. Our server, Paige, provided excellent service for our anniversary meal.

We read such great reviews of Theo's that we decided to try it. Every single thing we had, was mediocre at best. We were expecting Prime steaks and we got, choice or lower. Having been in the restaurant business ourselves for over 40 years, I think we are a pretty good judge of the quality of food. We don't mind paying $70+ for a great steak if, we get the best. We had to search for the tuna, in Tuna Tartare. You seem to have a good location with good clientele. Give them the quality that the prices, equate. Being in the business, we always give a restaurant a second chance. Hopefully, we will see a difference in our return.

Our first visit to Theo's, although the restaurant has been there for a few years... A very nice indoor space, the food was excellent. The French Onion soup was very good. We had a wagyu steak for two that melted in your mouth. The chateaubriand was also excellent. For dessert, we had the brownie, and the crème brûlée cheesecake, which was outstanding. Very high marks to our server, Craig, who was patient, engaging, friendly and professional. We remembered him from another restaurant, so it was nice to see him again. A++

Our waitress Lauren and her trainee, I can't remember his name, were absolutely wonderful! My mom and sister need to eat GF and Lauren and her trainee were super supportive and extra cautious making sure the food was safe and accurate. They always had a smile on their face regardless of how many questions we asked. Lauren paced our dinner out wonderfully. My martini with stuffed olives was fantastic, beef tournedos were cooked perfectly and I highly recommend, the shrimp and grits which had amazing flavor... kudos to the chef. And the bartender made one fantastic old fashioned. We will definitely be back!

Another excellent dining experience. The menu, with its outstanding meat and seafood options (a vegetarian entrée is available for those so inclined), offers wonderful choices. This evening we opted for Parmesan Salmon, moist and flavorful, with the accompany couscous with asparagus tips delicious enough to be an entrée on its own; and Steak Diane, featuring expertly prepared tenderloin medallions (two three-ounce filets), mushrooms and fabulous red wine sauce, accompanied by silky mashed potatoes. Both dishes arrived professionally plated – works of culinary art. Pre-dinner drinks are very good and arrive quickly. A substantial wine list offers many options: a Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc and a Malbec were the evening's choices, both perfect accompaniments to our entrees. The dessert list, while limited, allows for some delightful possibilities. The “Fried” Ice Cream is comprised of three sizable scoops of vanilla ice cream rolled in toasted corn flakes, creating the semblance of the standard fried ice cream dessert: crunchy and delicious, expertly placed with drizzles of delectable honey – perfect to share. Service is always professional and cheerful, making one's dining experience that much more pleasurable (a shout out to Rob for providing excellent charming and attentive service). The culinary genius which emanates from this kitchen makes dining here an easy choice, resulting in a memorable evening.

Amazing dinner in a beautiful restaurant to celebrate a friends birthday. The Himalayan salt rock shrimp and tenderloin combo was an excellent start, followed by Parmesan encrusted Salmon superbly prepared. The wine selection was delightful. The surprise ending was a pink cotton candy cake complete with a candle to celebrate the big 60. Highly recommend Craig was our waiter and made our night extra special.
