Theo's Steaks, Sides & Spirits - Rehoboth Beach

Went there last night for my birthday, mistake. Waiting 35 minutes to even be acknowledged by the wait staff, when we asked the guy came back and seemed put out that he was going to wait on us. Ordered, salads brought out half thrown together limited Caesar dressing and no Parmesan cheese. Entrees arrived 5-10 minutes later, MR was Rare, and Medium entrees were MR. The larger table that shared dishes and mostly had a liquid dinner next us was.. you guessed it. Loud. Not worth the time to find parking. Look at having dinner elsewhere. 11/2025

A lot of hype about this place but to us, a big disappointment! Was seated at a table that was severely unbalanced so we asked for another table, rather they came and stuffed a rolled napkin under the leg. Had to ask for silverware, salt & pepper and had to flag down server for another round of drinks. Not once did our server check to see if everything was okay with our meal. While steak was good, it was not cooked too asking (medium rare) and salmon was tasteless. For the prices they charge, I would not recommend!

Can't go wrong at Theo's. The food is outstanding as is the service. Special thanks to Craig for such wonderful service!!!

Have not ever once been disappointed. Both my wife and myself ❤️ it. Whenever, anyone family or friends from out of town, we try to take them to Theo's. Rob, is awesome , treats us like family. We always ask for him to take care of us when we dine there. Oh! Drinks are amazing!!!!!! Ed Shanahan

First dinning experience at Theo's because many friends highly recommended so we tried you out. On my reserve a table a week before our dinning date, since it was a birthday dinner. I requested a window table first priority and second a side table would work. From the moment we entered the window tables were open only one was occupied and we were escorted to a side table. The place was not crowded at our 6:30 appt. Not sure what reserving a table gets you if notes on the reservation are overlooked. Server was attentive with out being overbearing. Meal very good , however thought dessert would be comp since it was for the birthday person (ME). In addition, my spouse had a few comments he mentioned to our server. Thanks for your attention! On a very busy night we celebrated a friend's birthday and everything was perfect. Everyone super attentive and great knowledgeable waiter. Food excellent and we will be back!

Love a beautiful dinner at Theo's! Took advantage of the Wednesday night special. Everything was delicious and our waiter was fantastic.

Love this place and go often but this last time was not good. The beef was overcooked. The bread plate and sharing plate were both dirty.

We went to Theos for our wedding anniversary, it was amazing! Everything from the waiter (Chuck) to the food! The French onion soup was to die for, especially being french onion soup lovers, we said the best we may have ever had! The steaks were perfectly cooked, and... the pumpkin cheesecake, delicious. Everything was worth the price, and they even did a champagne toast for us! We will be back again and again.

Four of us enjoyed a very nice meal. The mushroom ravioli was excellent and our guests enjoyed the Thanksgiving dinner but the center of the salmon, that was ordered medium, was undercooked. Unfortunately, we could not get the waiter's attention until it was too late to return as we has to get to the theater. Everyone enjoyed their drinks and the campfire oldfashion was a wonderful twist on the drink. Great vibe in the restaurant.

Amazing food, whether its with friends or a romantic date, this is my favorite place in Rehoboth Beach! The service is always amazing (I believe her name was Paige-served us last night), she was knowledgable of the menu, thorough, and pleasant to be served from. The cocktails are always delicious and the rest of the staff are always so nice and accommodating! The bartenders are my favorite! I dont eat leftovers but I do look forward to the leftovers from here!

So delicious- they know how to cook a steak! Everything was delicious. Also our cocktails were amazing!

Wow? Amazing dinner. Stk dessert. Fabulous. Do yourself a favor. But ask for Leslie she's great! Paige was also terrific
