5 stars given, for 5 stars earned. Great service, food and beer. Food is plated beautifully and reasonably priced for the service and quality received. Restaurant is gorgeous, has the look and feel of a resort dining experience.

We love eating here but tonight we were a bit disappointed in the food. My husband ordered the tempura battered catfish, and I had a panini with fries. The bread on the panini was black and burned, the fries while not quite burned, were definitely several shades beyond golden, and the batter on the catfish was also burned. The food tasted fine. Our server did offer to take it back to the kitchen to make it right, but we declined. The food tasted just fine, but just cooked a lot more than we like.We will go back. It’s a great place with excellent beers and delicious cocktails!

Thompson island is a great, and I think, underrated spot. It’s owned by SoDel Concepts and the brewery was set up in a collaboration with Troegs. They offer a pretty wide variety of beer with some really good sours. The bar is huge and the seats are wide and comfortable. The menu is a little all over but I do like the variety. They’ve had birria tacos that were amazing and now they offer their version of a birria crunch wrap thats incredible. On my most recent visit I had a beef and lamb gyro special that was very good and we shared an order of chicken tenders that were part of the weekend tender special. Everything was very good. They also have some pretty amazing desserts by pastry chef Dru Tevis, winner of the holiday baking championship. I recommend having the Baked Alaska when available.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options and the chef is willing to make modificationsDietary restrictions: The chef is willing to work around dietary restrictions.Parking: Huge parking lot shared with BluecoastKid-friendliness: Full kids menuWheelchair accessibility: Fully accessible with tables and areas for wheelchair access

Logan was a great server. The crab cakes are so delicious. Great coffee.

Food was very good but any place that gives you chips instead of fries and upcharges for swapping fries is an automatic 3/5Also their happy hour is a no go if that’s what you’re looking for. Nothing happy about it

We had the best chicken ever, it was fantastic. The people and staff were very nice and attentive, oh and the beer was great also. Will be back again soon as we have been there many times before.

A wonderful location! The teriyaki salmon was on point and we shared a crab cake entree and enjoyed the crab cake and fries as well! Our server, a younger guy, was great and Laura welcomed us to the beautiful location and then conversed with us as we left - what an asset to your business she is … Amazing lady! Will definitely be back soon!

We had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant. Food was awesome & drinks were perfect! We had the nachos, sloppy Joe egg rolls, cheesesteak and salmon dinner. Definitely one of our favorite places to eat. Off season specials are very nice.

First time here joined a couple friends and the appetizers were my dinner and when I tell you the oysters were of impeccable taste they were just that… The light flight of beer was also good… Let me not forget to mention Jordan our waitress was on point and very nice along with the manager who allowed us to get bar half price items at our table due to one friend not being able to sit at the bar or high tops (medical issue) Would definitely recommend and will dine there again
