“Today was our 7th visit since May. The Back Porch Cafe has become our favorite place for lunch or dinner in the Rehoboth-Lewes area. Eduardo is an artist! His cocktails are original and delicious. My wife loves their filet and crab ravioli. The risotto stuffed eggplant is the best vegan dish in the area and I really enjoy the pepper cured loin of tuna. At lunch, the chilled cucumber will soup is outstanding, refreshing and unique. If you're visiting the area, The Back Porch Cafe is a must!“

There were things to keep our children occupied as well, like chalk and magnetic drawing boards, and the beer and food from the pizza and wing food truck was great. Very cyclist friendly too! “Celebrated my daughter’s birthday last night at the restaurant and the dining experience was amazing. A friendly, smiling hostess welcomed us upon entry and seated us immediately. Our waiter immediately came and took our drink order as we reviewed the menu. He delivered our drinks quickly and then took or order. Everything we ordered was on point, flavorful and seasoned appropriately. Oysters Rockefeller was great! The deviled eggs looked like they came out of a magazine, whipped and filled high! The Fat Crab Cakes were insane! Jumbo lump crab with no filler! Stuffed Shrimp were just as good! Highly, highly recommend! Best dining experience I’ve had in a long time!“

The second time we were very intentional about because the food is delicious, and we like the vibe. The kids also enjoyed their meals. The absolute best wood fired gourmet pizza we’ve had all summer! We decided on the Grandma pie, with a few toppings. The mixture of fresh crushed tomatoes, basil, and cheeses were perfect. A thick crust that was perfect! A dinner for two, and we will definitely make this a regular stop! Highly recommended! And our wait staff were awesome! A must visit!“

“Stopped here with my family of 5 for lunch. The fruit and vegetables were not only fresh but large and delicious. We had a variety of salads and sandwiches. My daughter also had the smoked salmon platter which was simply amazing. The fruit parfait was large enough to be a meal itself and the fruit was so fresh. The tomatoes in the sandwiches were fresh and juicy. The manager/owner gave us some cookies for our wait time. We will definitely be back before we our trip is done.“
