This Wendy’s is not the same like Maryland or PA. You can’t get as many as you want. Biggie bags are an awesome thing for families on a budget, but Delaware will not give you more than four. They won’t separate them. Everything‘s jammed in one bag. They want up charge for a frosty. From a mom of 6

I was picking up an order that should have been made before I got there. The door was locked to the place. I go through the drive thru, and they never acknowledge me. I go to the window, and she tells me I have to go back to the drive order box. I do that, and then I proceed to the window. And now she says I have to park because it's not ready and it will be about 10 minutes. Horrible service early in the morning.

We were starving but wanted something quick and reasonably priced so we could enjoy our day at a local wildlife location so we stopped here. The person behind the counter was incredibly nice and helpful! I told him that our local Wendy's wasn't nearly as good wishing it could be as clean n pleasant an experience as this one. Unfortunately we had to head home but we will be back for another meal on another adventure! Thank you 😊

Some of the staff just really doesn’t want to be there and their attitude shows it. Not everyone food wasn’t great at all wasn’t very clean this location has always been terrible it’s a wonder they haven’t been shut down yet been the same since I was in high school. Some things just don’t change it’s got to be the ownership just not caring

I don't know if someone called out or if they were just understaffed. I went inside thinking it would be faster than drive thru that was wrapped around the building 😮...I was dead wrong. I placed my order at 12:01 pm then waited 36 mins for my #1 combo. Crazy enough my fries were cold. Not going to do that again.

We ordered ahead. Order was accurate. Staff was friendly. I only got a plain cheeseburger. It was very small; but good. I don't know about the rest of the order, but no one complained.
