Some of the staff just really doesn’t want to be there and their attitude shows it. Not everyone food wasn’t great at all wasn’t very clean this location has always been terrible it’s a wonder they haven’t been shut down yet been the same since I was in high school. Some things just don’t change it’s got to be the ownership just not caring

I don't know if someone called out or if they were just understaffed. I went inside thinking it would be faster than drive thru that was wrapped around the building 😮...I was dead wrong. I placed my order at 12:01 pm then waited 36 mins for my #1 combo. Crazy enough my fries were cold. Not going to do that again.

We ordered ahead. Order was accurate. Staff was friendly. I only got a plain cheeseburger. It was very small; but good. I don't know about the rest of the order, but no one complained.

Brain dead staff. No cognitive ability or skills. Sat for 10 minutes at drive thru without even a single “ we’ll be right with you”. This was only at 3pm. Ended up driving off.

I asked for a freshly cooked burger and also asked if their ketchup was Heinz. Cashier and manager said it was not. I asked for my money back as I do not like the taste of other ketchup. I was berated and told I was entitled. I guess I should realize it’s fast food, but the manager and cashier were just rude. Never ask questions there or you will be called entitled.

We ordered from Door Dash. Today 9/13. Their were more things wrong with the order then right with it. No sense complaining to them, when I paid Door Dash. I got some of my money back. But rest assured never ordering from here again.
