The employee at the drive thru window was not polite at all. Terrible customer service and this is almost everytime I have been there

Full of fruit flies, restrooms unusable with no water. Order was incomplete and OOS of key items for the sides. Hate to do bad ratings but hope they fix this place soon. Had to drive to the near by Walmart to be able to use restrooms

A below average location. We picked up drive through and despite there being only 1 person in front of us, we waited for 10 minutes to receive our food. The food was very average and the fries were soggy. Would not come back.

The bag says it all. This was an overhyped 10 PC nugget meal w/ fries & a shake for $10. Bring back the black or purple burger, like at least that was creative & not a step back (mystery spicy sauce is why there are stars.) Customer service seemed understaffed, and 2 guests walked out due to the slowness of processing & bagging orders.

Went to get a meal of misfortune because I saw they were giving pins with the meal and I thought it was worth buying the meal for the pin but I never got the pin and I’m actually pretty upset about that

I had a deeply concerning experience at Wendy’s that I feel obligated to share. I placed an order through the app and picked it up via the drive-thru after 7 PM. I was hungry and took a few bites while driving to my next errand—only to discover when I got home that the chicken was completely raw, not just undercooked, but visibly RAW.
I immediately contacted Wendy’s customer support line and was told someone would reach out to me shortly. That was three weeks ago. Since then, I’ve:
Sent a follow-up email to the original report — no response.
Submitted another report through the website — still nothing.
Posted on Facebook — received a reply asking for more time until 7/15, but no follow-up.
Replied to the email from the Facebook team — ignored.
Called again — was told a supervisor would get back to me. Still waiting.
Mistakes happen, but what’s truly unacceptable is the complete lack of concern or follow-up. No one from Wendy’s has even asked if I got sick — which I did. I suffered from food poisoning, missed work, couldn’t attend a graduation, and haven’t been able to eat chicken since. This could have been life-threatening for someone with a compromised immune system.
Wendy’s, this isn’t just about a bad meal — it’s about food safety and basic accountability. I expected better.

Wow just wow. The poor staff are overworked, overwhelmed and under appreciated. They are so busy that the place was an absolute mess drinks running all over the floor, dirty counter and empty everything else. They ran out of chicken lol and people got mad but it's not their fault they should have more employees on working helping so they messed up orders and just looked beat. This is the owners job the employees tried their best.
