Stopped in here tonight for a quick meal. I ordered ahead online to be quick in and out. It was not quick. They do not have baked potatoes tonight which sucks but it's okay I get it. How ever they never seem to have baked potatoes ever! So I asked why? they said "I dunno" I sad well can you replace it with something of equal value. ie. Another burger or some nuggets. I herd the manager yell out "all he's getting is fries"....ok but they didn't even give me that. I went in to say something and the manager was yelling at me from around the corner. I asked for corporates number she told me to look it up online. I asked what her name was after she finally came around the corner and she took off her name tag and called the police on me. Whats worse is that Ms. Tonika the manager must be such a a tyrant that her own employees were too scared to tell me her name to simply resolve the issue over a $5 item. Also the police officer agreed that this was a complete waste of time and that he was only taking the report to do his job and humor the disgruntled manager. Nothing was ever resolved but I will tell you this. The customer service is hands down the worst in all of Rehoboth. But the orange cream frosty is down right amazing.

First off, the atmosphere was dismal! I don't think any of the employees enjoy working there. The cashier/order taker was about as dumb as a box of rocks. Stopped in for breakfast yesterday. Placed my order, told cashier it was for dine in. Even prints out on my receipt. They didn't have enough breakfast potatoes so they dropped in another basket without even mentioning to me. I watched this whole ordeal unfold. Potatoes were done, another employee started to get them but decided to join a conversation with other employees instead of just dishing out the food. Then the cashier started putting the food in a bag and I told him it was dine in and he looked at me like I was from outer space. Slid a tray over to me and walked away without even a thank you. Two other employees were having a heated discussion in the dining area. All in all, this place really needs a whole new team or consider closing up completely. Won't be going back there any time soon. Good luck Wendy's!

This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to… it’s like they mess your order up just to mess with you. I’ve never ordered or been here 1 TIME!! That they don’t get something wrong. I’ve had better Wendy’s in the hood in Wilmington and Philly. You guys suck.

Decent service and staff were polite and professundeniable. The fries were great, but the fountain drink was not properly mixed and had way too much of the soda water and barely any of the flavoring (Dr. Pepper) - nasty and totally undrinkable. The Pretzel Baconator was decent, but the bacon was overcooked and lacked much flavor and was a hard texture not crisp or crunchy, but hard.

How hard is it for a restaurant to know its menu? When the customer says “I’d like a #3 please” I’d expect to get what comes with the #3. Not a burger with all sorts of condiments on it that I do not like eating. The drive through worker was not friendly, and it took 10 minutes sitting at the window for him to bring me my food. How come you take all that time and still get it wrong? Wendy’s, at least the one in Rehoboth, has failed its customers over and over again. Do better.

Lucky it even gets one star. Got 2 burgers and the buns were still partially frozen and the burgers weren't hot. The person at the drive thru was not friendly at all. Big waste of time and money. Cold meal on a cold day
