I have never experienced someone so rude. We came during sea witch expecting a wait as it as a busy weekend. We were greeted very nicely by a lady; however, that was where the positive experience ended. Neither of the other individuals working at the restaurant acknowledged our presents at all. Again we waited for quite a while knowing that it was see which weekend and that it was going to be quite a wait. Another group of people walked into sit at the bar and realize it was going to be a wait so they said they would come back the next day to the waitress responded “patience is a virtue”- when they explain that they had to leave because unfortunately they had 20 other people waiting for them she rudely exclaimed “so do i” -While no one did anything to us I did not feel that I wanted to give my business to anyone who treated patrons that way. We actually went next-door to get coffees and she came into the business next-door complaining about the people that had left and about how they had no patience. I was appalled that anyone would act like that to patrons during a busy weekend or otherwise. Again no one did anything to us personally but just the level of unprofessionalism that I witnessed was enough for me to not want to give my business to this restaurant. Their food may or may not be delicious however we never got to experience it due to the level of unprofessionalism of the barista.

A local cafe with “healthy” choices. Got three breakfast sandwiches to go. Biggest disappointment was trying to support local businesses and realizing they are not supporting local businesses themselves. We watched as the cooks took bagels out of a grocery store package (Aldi I think) and plopped a frozen (Jimmy Dean?) sausage patty on the grill. For the price, we could have just gotten something from Dunkin and saved quite a few bucks.maybe the drinks are their forte, but avoid the breakfast sandwiches.

Was told by the waitress that potatoes didn’t come with the breakfast sandwich, despite the menu saying they did. “We’re getting our menus changed” she said. Ok, unfair but I accepted that. Then I asked if I could substitute the veggie patty for the meat in the breakfast sandwich. She said “Yes”, nothing else. After we paid we looked at the bill and discovered she had charged us $2.00 for the veggie patty - she never mentioned it would cost more, and that’s on top of the potatoes thing. We were on vacation and didn’t feel like arguing so we didn’t go back in. But this is very dishonest. The food was extremely average as well. Would not go back.

I have eaten many times at this cafe. Lunch for me is better than dinner. It might be personal preference as I have dietary restrictions and the options at lunch are a better choice for me. The place is cute, the staff are personable but service is pretty slow (sorry but true). I prefer a fine wine, so the wine is ok, just kinda Meh for me, one glass of something light I can manage which is fine at lunch. I used to love stealing a french fry or 2 from my significant others plate but lately they are overcooked, too crispy and refried too many times yuk! Which is a shame as when they are fresh made they are really awesome.I have eaten here with friends aswell as my partner I enjoy the wild bowl, it is a wonderful dish, and my partner and friends have never disliked their lunch (part from those overcooked French fries) chicken sandwich is good too. However, we had dinner tonight and it was sub par, I think the ingredients were just low standard and my salmon was tasteless, carrots were hard as a rock and asparagus was mushy. So I won't be back for dinner.......I will keep going for lunch. Oh and I should mention, the coffee here is amazing, again they offer oat/almond milk options so that works for me and the coffee is smooth, not bitter at all.

The food was amazing! I visited Zava Cafe over Easter and had the most amazing breakfast sandwich. With bacon, tomato, avocado and more! The service was outstanding and the staff were extremely friendly. The atmosphere is wonderful, the cafe has such a wonderful modern design. I can’t wait to back some time soon.

Go for the juices, not the coffee. Juices were 10 out of 10. Coffee was fine.
