This place is going down hill! I stood here for 20 mins waiting for a order that was done online 20 earlier. I wasn't the only person having the same issues with that problem in a empty store!!
The last 3 times I’ve been here my fries have been half empty. The most recent time I just came I ordered a mean, verified a large mac and cheese and a diet sunjoy in my meal just to get given fries and a regular “sunjoy” aka my lemonade with a splash of tea in there.
I used the drive thru so I can not speak on the atmosphere .But what maters the most to me is the way I am greeted by the staff and I will ALWAYS and I ALWAYS say Thank you for Smiling to all folks I meet who smile and the staff greatest me with a full SMILE and a thank you when I pulled to the window SO YES professional ??
