1st time ever eating at any of the grottos locations and the food was subpar…I’ve not ever had this experience.
Very disappointed. Service was slow and not many there at all at the time.
I asked for a quiet area and with the other patrons who were seated after me it was very loud.
I realize that isn’t the facilities fault per se but when older folks ask for a quiet area there should be some kind of accommodations. It’s a shame people aren’t...read full review

Placed order over the phone and was told when pizza would be ready for pickup. When I got there about 10 minutes later, the pizza was boxed and ready for pickup.
A very unique and delicious pizza that we don't have in Pennsylvania. We thoroughly enjoyed. The Caesar salad was delicious and the service excellent. Highly recommend.

Grotto Pizza offers decent food, including delicious fries and pizza. The restaurant is known for its excellent service, especially for large groups and events, with accommodating staff and managers. While wait times can be slow, the servers are sweet and patient. The bar area provides a positive atmosphere, making it a great place for adults and children, thanks to a small arcade area. However, the food could use a little more flavor, as noted by customers who felt that meals like the black and blue cheese burger needed seasonings.
Takeout orders are quick, and the pizza sauce is praised for being very good. While some customers found the prices a bit high for the portion sizes, many appreciate the fresh taste. Grotto Pizza is also kid-friendly, with a personal pizza option that can be cut into smaller slices, making it a reliable choice for families. Overall, Grotto Pizza remains a solid option for a good dining experience.
